    Still early days to write a review still taking these tablets everyday I haven't had any sickness or side effects I have to continue taking them for 3 months at least.

    The tablets are hard, not soft as I had expected. I have tried three different iron tablet brands and these are second best. They are inexpensive, so that may tip the balance for some. However, I shall be going back to Active Iron advance, which are noticeably more effective at improving energy levels.

    The colour of the pill is red which is ideal for my Mother who has poor sight. She can see the pills and know what the pill is for. A lot of iron pills come in white now and she gets confused. Red pill is perfect for her at 95 years old.
