Been using more expensive brands but tried this and in my opinion these are the best. I highly recommend these. If you are new to nose strips please note you need to wash and dry your nose before applying otherwise they do not stick. This is true of any brand (expensive or cheap). So all the people saying they do not stick have probably not washed and dried properly. Secondly a lot of people say they cause issues when removing the strip. The secret here is not to force the strip off. If it does not come off easily then just make the strip wet and then try.

These strips were brilliant for me when I initially had problems breathing through my nose at night.They have somewhat helped as I no longer get dry-mouth but I know I still sleep with my mouth open.Sometimes the adhesive does wear off in the night, I have found them stuck to my back/shoulder a couple of times.Just make sure your nose is dry when applying.

I was a little cynical about these are they are low cost and other reviews have said they do not stick well. However, they work well for me, although you have to be careful not to touch the adhesive part as it seems to make them less sticky as I found out on the third night, but otherwise they stick well and come off fairly easily. I imagine anyone with oily skin might struggle a bit with sticking them but then they would have this problem with any similar product. They do what they are meant to do although I imagine would struggle with extreme problems. I see they are called 'better breath' which I assume is a mis-translation to English (of course should be 'Better Breathe') - they did nothing for my breath!

Despite reviews saying these stick better etc.They don't.The plastic central section that expands the Nasal cavity to help easy breathing and alleviating colds isn't as structurally strong as the main brand breathe right strips and doesn't give as much lift to the sides of the nose.The sticky used isn't as strong either and I've not had a single one of these last the night on mysldc or my son since purchasing and we've used at least 30 strips now.We prepare our the skin on our noses prior to use with and oil removal anti blemish solution that's mainly alcohol and salicylic acid.We've done this for years successfully using breathe right strips to ensure good stick to the nose.Although you get 3x as many strips for the price, as they don't hold and have far less tension to open the nasal cavity they're considerably sub-par and I won't be buying again.I give them 3 stars as they will work for short periods to help breathing and do still expand nasal cavity so function for their purpose but to a lesser extent than breathe right.It's worth waiting for an Bolo deal on the branded breathe right strips and using instead if you want them to last all night..

These nose strips do not stick to skin at all.The included adhesive is so lack luster, that the elasticity of the strip simply pulls it directly of your face.They continuously fall within minutes of application. While you do get a lot of strips, this is still not a good purchase.We have tried everything to prevent them from falling off, including drying the skin prior to attachment, warming the strips to help the adhesive loosen up etc. but there is simply not enough (or strong enough) adhesive on these strips to stop them from disconnecting minutes after attachment.Overall we are very disappointed with the product, can not recommend and most certainly will not purchase again.A very poor product, badly designed, not fit for purpose and we simply can not recommend this for any use case.

These are good and definitely increase my breathing capacity.The first one I used did not stick because I just put on my skin care and my nose was moist. I tried again with an actually dry face and it did stick and stayed on whilst I napped. The key really is a dry face and pushing the strip on for at least a minute. It was actually so stuck on it was slightly difficult to remove! I recommend! If you’re wanting to apply your skin care before bed, I would make sure to do it a few hours prior to applying the strip so the adhesive works. Hope this helps.
