Not great at all. I specifically searched for 'heavy duty' as I thought it would have a really strong hold/extra stickiness for holding items with a bit of weight in them. I wanted to use this to hold a small battery-operated spotlight onto a press in my kitchen (so not overly heavy really, just the weight of 3 x AA batteries). I went to peel the cover off the sticky pad & it was really difficult to peel off (you'd think thays a good sign.. but unfortunately not). Once I had done that, I put the spotlight in place and it was clear within seconds that it wasn't going to hold & fell off. So I added another 3 pads to it (so 4 in total, something advertised as heavy duty should really hold a small spotlight to a wooden press, especially if you are using 4 x times the amount you'd think would be needed). This time, it did hold, but only for about a week, then I heard it falling down. It has since happened again twice, I keep replacing them and adding more sticky pads in the hope that it holds for longer etc.. So I'm on Bolo now searching for another 'heavy duty' tape/pads.. reminded me to leave a review for this product when i seen it. I hope to find something better than this one. If you're using it for something very light weight, like an A4 page, or say, the weight of 1 AAA battery, then it should work for you. But anything heavier, I would say defo look for an alternative!

Didn't work for mounting an outdoor solar light despite using all squares. Stickiness wasn't strong enough. Complete waste of money.

Based on the reviews I've read about this product, it left me in a doubtful position as to whether it works or Gorilla products are going down the hill so to speak.Well I cannot understand why folks are having issues with this product unless they are using it on a unsuitable surface!!!!Here goes....I decided to purchase this because I need to fix a bathroom mirror (2ft x 3ft) to a tiled wall. I cleaned both surfaces (the mirror and the tiled wall) with a alcohol solution which cleans away grease and dirt if any was present. I doubled the squares of the gorilla pads to the back of the mirror together to lift it off the tiled wall very slightly. Once that was done I then went over the wall again with the alcohol solution. Once I realise it was dry I then, with accuracy, stuck the mirror on the wall and it has stayed on complete!I did this job over a month now and its still up there on the wall and been used every day and survived the steamy baths and showers. Not sure what else I can say but, it works!Oh yeah, something else to say... I've never been let down by Gorilla adhesive....YET!No bull here !
