    Does what it says on the bottle.Provides a Smoky flavour to food.(Chilli Con Carne is an excellent example.) HOWEVER DO USE SPARINGLY.

    I bought this to add to make smoky mayonnaise - it waters down the mayo and I didn't find the flavour very strong, so I added more, hence it thins out the source.

    This is about my third purchase. I get through these quick and yet I only use a few dashes from the bottle d once a week to add to fried mushrooms to add to Sunday breakfast. Fry up them bad boy button mushrooms on high heat for a good 10 mins, add salt and pepper then add liquid smoke and then turn on low for 5 mins and dig into those yummy mushrooms. Good enough for a hotel breakfast.
