I am starting to feel the difference. My sleep is getting deeper and better. They balance my hormones which makes me feel a lot more cool, calm & collected in stressful situations. They give my mind clarity & a lot less brain fog. I have more energy when taking these & I like that they give some of the profit to a good charity. All the Nu U Nutrition supplements I use (I've used most, only a couple left to try) are always well packaged, arrive quickly, top quality product & my favourite retailer of these types of supplements.

I have no idea if the benefits of this supplement are true or correct. I took supplment for 5 days and one of the side effects on the instructions kicked in. Gastrointestinal issues forced me to stop using it.

Update Monday 13th May 2024 I did a pregnancy test and I am pregnant so these supplements work, if you want to get pregnant and you are a bit older, and take Folic Acid vitamins too as well as other pregnancy vitamins, but always see your gp doctor and read the manufacturer instructions first, as everyone is different.I have so much energy and I fantastic. I will buy this product again. Well worth every penny and good price. The packaging was secure and the delivery was good. I highly recommend.Update: I recently miscarriage but I an still taking this supplement and my other pregnancy vitamins as my doctor recommended me too. When the time is ready I get pregnant again.

Tomaba el suplemento como parte de una alimentacion equilibrada, con buena ingesta de agua tambien, por ello, no puedo notar beneficios aislados del producto. Pero si, noté los beneficios de la buena alimentación en general.
