47° North offers not only all the flavours and all the flavours in single source quality. 47° North also offers 3 different pack sizes so you can consume the open bottle in around a month after opening.

For marinades, baking or over the yoghurt you might love maple syrup but sometimes a bit stronger, sometimes a bit richer. No problem we have it all and all direct from the farm

Closed maple syrup could last "forever". But once opened please store in fridge and consume within 30 days.

At our farm, maple syrup goes the short way. When the temperature rises above nil and the sap starts to flow, we open the taps and let it flow just by gravity to our pump stations. From there the sap goes the short way to the sugar house where we make the syrup and fill it in the bottles
