    Very effective for Colon Cleanse and Constipation. In fact I used it standing and then after insertion positioned the bottle horizontal for water flow on pressing bulb. Otherwise it is likely you are only pumping air into Colon. Be sure to use a lubricant.The back flow system works well. Good Design. Good value.

    Unfortunately this wasn't great for me. All the tips have a fairly large opening for the water, which can end up cutting into you when inserting. You definitely feel it and especially when it comes out.The packaging is good, and the contents are good. The bottle is also very firm, which is not really practicle to squeeze one handed. The tube attachment seems good, but is also not very practical either as water spurts out everywhere when you remove the tube due to gravity.unfortunately i'm returning this. I hope this review is helpful for others.
