    The seeds cannot be sprouted, I noticed some birds had knocked them on to fertile soil, at the begining of April, when it had rained a good few weeks on them by the looks of it, and they were all intact thankfully. 👍

    Ehe buonissimo prodotto lo macinato non tutto e lo mescolato con kamut e o fatto pane al forno meravigliosa davvero...tutto profumo di pane buono sano e con tante fibre...e la mattina mi spalmo cioccolato proteico hmmmm che colazione da re 🤗 A parte di tutto io vi lo consiglio a cinque stelle...anche insieme hai cereali buonissimi 👍
