    We use this pan on an induction hob. I never overheat pans as it’s so easy to control the hob. The ceramic non stick material is simply brilliant. We have always previously used PTFE non stick pans and although our frying pan was still non stick it was showing signs of deterioration. The food just slides off and a wipe with kitchen towel gets the pan pretty clean so a very easy wash up. We have now bought a smaller one for the campervan!

    These pans are clearly good quality, being heavy and well finished. The non-stick coating looks and feels durable, but the pan design means there is no protective strip around the rim and this is susceptible to damage.Given the price I might have expected better durability than this, but it doesn't affect the cooking area, just looks a bit tatty.

    These pans are extraordinary! Thank you, Bolo. The weight and balance is spot on; the sleek design is functional and beautiful; the price is great; and the quality of food cooked in these pans is second to none!!!I have been in the food industry for over fifty five years; I am so grateful to have found these pans!!!

    The pan worked well for the first few cooks. Despite following the instructions, never using metal on the surface and always heating it up on medium heat or lower, eggs started sticking after only a few uses it became very sticky. It now is fairly useless. Wouldn't recommend and won't buy again.
