Sound quality is decent. Product quality is good. The style is the best. The mic has a good sound, not crystal clear, but people can hear and understand what you say. The headset is a bit heavy for the head, but you have to use it too many hours to feel that you cannot hold it anymore.This is the second time i buy that headset and I will buy it in the future again, if needed. Not a fan of razer, because i really believe they overprice their products..however, this headset works for me.

Works perfectly until after a few months later. Got this set (my third buy) and was only used for 2 months consistently, then was in storage as I had to work globally. Came back last week to my home base, attached to USB port - just kept on intermittently switching itself on and off. Nothing wrong with USB port. This headset's fault is always the same. And since it's been 3 years, never thought Razer still has not fixed the problem. Multiple complaints already sent to Razer but they don't seem to take notice.People still buy because of aesthetics but this needs to stop. Otherwise, Razer, please offer a replacement for free every 6 months if you still plan on selling faulty Razer Kitty headsets.

We purchased these for our daughter for her birthday. Within a couple of months the sound started to cut out and she wasn’t able to hear through them. We then managed to get a replacement headset, exactly the same problem occurred within less than 2 months. Avoid avoid avoid at all costs. I wish I had read the reviews before buying this product.

Typical egirl here that bought them because cute. They were great for the first few months of using, then out of literally nowhere they started disconnecting every so often, then it got to the point where they constantly disconnect and reconnect when plugged in, which makes my games drop to like 10 fps and freeze and are literally unusable now. Save your money and get better and cheaper ones bc these are just a gimmick

don’t buy, sound quality is good but the wire starts to twist, no matter what i did they got worse and the metal wire started to poke through and they stopped working, crackling every few seconds and cutting off and now they are unusable

Had them a while now but all ways needed sound amplifier . I Don’t use the lights just complicated to add to the sound that doesn’t work great. Everyone i talk to says i sound rubbish and need new head set 👎

Razer Kraken es una marca ya muy reconocida para todos los gamer y una vez mas no fallan:Pros:1- Están hermosos, no soy mucho del color rosa pero se ven muy bonitos.2- Están super solidos, ya que tienen metal al nivel del audífono en lugar del plástico que se encuentra en mucho sets lo cual me encanto ya que se me rompieron otros de otra marca.3- Están super cómodos. Tengo lentes y los uso para trabajar, les he usado 8 horas seguidas sin tener dolores de cabeza o oreja. Son bastante ligeros comparado a otro set que tenido.4- Me gusto la calidad en general del sonido, los colores, el software permite hacer muchas cosas padres.5- Lo puedo usar en mi celular con un adaptador, que también compre en Bolo, sin problema.Con:1- Al usar con un celular ya no se puede guardar el efecto de los colores, solamente se queda en un solo color de base.
Cute, pink and comfortable
I've been using this headset for about 6 months, and I'm really liking it!The sound quality is great, better than any other headset I've used. The sound has helped when playing games a lot compared to my earbuds and my old headset. it also doesn't cause any issues with my glasses which a lot of other headsets do. The mic is really nice too if you're using it for Discord or gaming but I wouldn't use it for something like streaming. It has a built-in mute button by pressing the mic (and an indicator light for when it's muted so you don't accidentally leave yourself muted) and there's a little wheel on the back of the left earphone to adjust the sound volume.It's also fully customizable RGB with Razer's Synapse software. You could set each light on the headset to a different color if you wanted to for some reason, and it can also sync up with all other RGB Razer products. I have mine synced with my mouse.My two biggest issues with the headset are:1. that I have to have it plugged directly into my computer if I have the lights on.When I tried using my USB hub, the sound will cut out and the lights will turn off for a handful of seconds at random.And 2. While it says it has cooling gel in the earcups, I haven't noticed it helping a ton when it comes to my head overheating while wearing the headset for an extended period.TL;DRIf sound and mic quality are your top priority, you could probably find a better headset for the $140 price, but if you want a cute pink headset that has RGB and matches the other Razer Quartz products and still sounds really nice, I would absolutely recommend it. It also goes on sale quite often, I got mine for under $100.

My daughter loves them
My daughter has wanted these for years but they’re really exe so last year I got her an off-brand. They were not good, crackly and bad quality.So when she asked for them again this year I dropped $200 + on headphones with cat ears that aren’t even wireless and don’t work with her phone (I may get an adapter) and she freaking loves them. They work on her Switch and cheap laptop, the telescopic mic is a neat feature.Heelies and headphones, happy 15th Birthday kid.
