    The Stevia arrived after 3 days of ordering, way ahead of the due date. I bought it for mum who's type-2 diabetic and it's strongly recommended by holistic and naturopathic practicing doctors. Use instead of 'normal sugar' cos it's great tasting and sweet. My mum's constant tea drinking is testament proof. She's already had four cuppas in less than 2 hours and not an iota of raised blood sugar. This stuff is the perfect replacement to keep blood sugar in check if you've a sweet tooth and can't resist that sugar fix. Price is kinda steep, especially if you go through a kilogram tub per month. Ouch! Yet in the long run, I guess it's worth it. Decent buy!

    When it arrived I started using immediately. the texture was excellent, just like sugar. Excellent taste, a little sweeter than sugar, so I used less on my tea and cereal than I would usually use. It was ok for about a week.Then I started feeling a bit washed out, getting fed up and lack lustre. I thought long and hard, and this was the only thing I had altered in my diet. I decided to stop for a while and returned to sugar, just to see if my demeanour changed. It did, within 48 hours.I am disappointed it didn't work for me. It obviously works for other people.

    abitualmente acquisto il prodotto venduto da MISURA, che costa meno (quando viene venduto a 4,12 per 500gr) ed è un buonissimo prodotto.Anche questo della Castello è più che ottimo ed in esso riscontro un potere dolcificante lievemente superiore.Esattamente come nell'analogo della MISURA non c'è nessun retrogusto amaro e si scioglie del tutto e in fretta. Davvero buono, se il prezzo scende un pochino lo ricompro di sicuro. Nel mentre lo consiglio a tutti coloro che pur essendo a dieta non intendono rinunciare del tutto ai dolci, ebbene anche questo dolcificante è perfetto, zero calorie (lo zucchero bianco ne fornisce 400 per 100 gr) per rendere dolcissime le bevande, latte, tisane, caffè, Un frullato o la frutta in se quando è aspra e nondimeno per la preparazione di dolci che non richiedono particolare lievitazione (niente torte dunque, rimarrebbero azime) quali creme, biscotti, pancakes o frittelle.Per i pochi che storcono il naso considerando la percentuale di stevia e che magari vorrebbero un prodotto a base di stevia pura (c'è anche quella in vendita su Bolo) si tenga conto che la stevia 100% non è solo un dolcificante, bensì un forte amaricante che oltre al resto richiede una bilancia di precisione per dosarla.Con i prodotti a base di eritritolo e stevia, questo problema non si pone e si ottiene un dolcificante semplice da usare, forte come lo zucchero o anche un pò di più e con zero calorie.
