I bought the 3ltr version of this bladder and is great for long days. It stores away in the top of most backpacks. Great quality with no leaks and easy to use.My only slight gripe is you get a rubber taste to your water initially but I use flavored electrolyte tablets which removes the problem

Good product, very easy to use and mor importantly, easy to clean.Unfortunatly the mouth piece cracked but the kids did bite quitw hard (not getting the comcept), but that's an easy replace anyway.

Old school hydration pak needed a new bladder.It fits perfect inside my Classic Camelbak after a few tweaks as follows.Remove the insulation from the tube.Cut off that daft end protection cap.Ready to go.😁

I bought the gray hydration bladder, and while there was an initial taste to it (I ended up squeezing half a lemon in and leaving it to soak with some water - washed it out and the taste went), I can't really fault it.It holds a good amount of water when in the mountains, is easy to use (really beats taking my bottle in and out of my camera bag) and seems durable.I've now used it on around 15 5+ hour hikes. It's that good (and great value for the price) my partner got jealous so i bought a second one for her.

Bought in May, but only used 3 times during longer trail runs / hikes, when I need to carry a lot of water. When full, this should weigh 3kg as it holds 3 litres. Last time I used this was 2 days ago on an 18-mile trail run and the weight of water in the reservoir has broken the top clip. Other than that, it appears to be functioning fine, the mouthpiece does drip a bit but can be clipped high on the rucksack, so not a problem. There is also a very strong taste of plastic as others have reported, but that doesn't bother me - I am hiking, not fine dining.Disappointed that the construction isn't sturdy enough to deal with the weight of water it is designed to carry. It will now sag in my various backpacks' reservoir compartments, but may still work, we will see...

Great attention to details
It’s not the first water bag I have, but the first one that’s really high quality - the plastic itself is much better than in any standard bag (my guess is also that this way less plastic goes into your water).You can lock the flow of the water with a toggle switch, so nothing is leaking. All the parts are detachable- it’s easy to clean and maintain hygienic.The opening is very handy, I never need anybody’s help to refill the bag.The tube has an extra cover which gives it a nice feel and prevents the tube (and water inside) from overheating

Solid design
First of all take note that the measurements are when it's filled with water else the 2l version is roughly 3cm wider and 2-3cm longer. The material feels good and the bag got double sealings on the edges. The cap is easy to open and close and feels secure. It got a decently sized silicone ring in the threads and is securely positioned.The hose feels sturdy yet is flexible enough. The connectors seem robust and the locking mechanism sturdy and the release lock requires some decent force and to be all pressed in to release the hose/mouth piece. Once disconnected bladder wont leak water through the connector.The mouth piece is well designed and got a lock valve with on/off switch and a cap to protect from debris and dirt. Getting the water to flow was easy and for me required little teeth pressure and the suck force low and god amount of water flows.Some things to think about. Remember to when filling the bladder with desired amount of water to close the bladder cap while pressing out the air to make it ready from start and have good pressure for good water flow.I will continue to test the bladder but so far and considering the price it is excellent.
