    I'm so glad I discovered this! It's really working well for me.I've been on a keto diet for several weeks and just over a week ago, dropped down to about 25 carbs a day. Just prior to this, I'd also experienced painful issues, due to me not having a gallbladder and my system struggling to deal with the extra fats.After dropping my carbs again to this latest amount, I got keto flu symptoms much worse than first time around, so did some research and discovered the benefits of MCT oil. This product appealed to me the most. It's really helped me and definitely gives me a much needed boost! I usually suffer from chronic IBD and GORD, amongst many other problems but I barely have any symptoms now!As advised by H&G, I started off with a low amount - I tried a teaspoon - and after a few days of gradually increasing, am now on a tablespoon of the MCT oil, a day. I put this in my daily cup of decaff coffee (almost a café au lait) and apart from separating the froth on top, I wasn't aware of the oil when drinking it. I have very sensitive taste buds and sense of smell, so this was a winner for me!I will definitely be getting more of this, as and when needed, and recommend it.

    I do always pour in my coffee and it is amazing to benefits using it every day, I feel more energy and my body is warmer, in the sense of my digestive system works better and its a great clean MTC oil

    Thank goodness they have designed this with a non drip spout. Ive had so much trouble trying to pour other mct oils without making a mess, as they often drip and cause unnecessary waste. I think this bottle looks lovely on the counter too and the oil is good quality. The packaging was obviously done with care and its clear the seller pays attention to detail with this product. Im very happy and have subscribed for a regular order of this for an even more super price. I dont think you will regret buying this its a keeper if your using it for keto.

    One of the best MCT oils in the market. If you are fasting and need one tbs of MCT oil in your coffee, go for it. This product doesn't have c12, only c8 and c10. Never get stomach or gut problems. i started with one teaspoon, zero problems, so i moved to 1 table spoon .... and still no problem. And yeah i noticed my autofagy starts early if you use MCT oil. I was able to break my plateau weight i had for months even tho i am OMAD and low carbs diet.

    You won't find cleaner than this. Switched from the lard like coconut oil to this for the C8 and 10, blends well in my fatty coffee
