Build quality seems top notch, great looking pan easy clean just wipe after cooking. Only had it a week but it has had a good work out already in that time. I've had a lot of good frying pans from Circul9n to Le Creuset this is my favourite hope it lasts as long as it feels like it will.

It's deep enough to use in place of a wok.Great for frying steaks, cooking eggs, anything, really.*warning* it's a bit heavy = durable and versatile.I hand wash it because I don't trust dishwashers.

Many reviews said that this was their favourite pan. It is now my most go to pan as it is versatile and easy to sauté, make sauces or heat things up. It is dishwasher safe but is so non stick a wipe clean is enough. If I was twenty or thirty years younger I would have given it 5***** but as I have recently celebrated my 70th birthday I do find the pan heavier than I would like and wonder how long I will still be able to lift it safely,

This pan is so versatile and just the right sized whether frying a couple of eggs or lightly boiling vegetables it does so in a superior way to most other pans and also easy to clean. I also bought the 20” lid Greenpan make and this is great for sautés.

We have been using this for a few weeks. The surface is smooth and truly nonstick. Can cook with minimal oil. Recessed fixing screws to the handle make it easier to keep it clean. Areally nice product.

This is one of those pans that becomes your go to pan for most things . Feels good in the hand weight wise. It is a top quality pan. Made very well very non stick . Had the cheaper version for years. You need to look after them , no brillos ect . Happy cooking 😉

GreenPan Craft Hartanodisierte gesunde keramische Antihaft-Fischpfanne, 40 cm x 25 cm, PFAS-
Super Fischpfanne. Sehr zu empfehlen. Gute Hitzeverteilung, allerdings bei der Grösse besser auf zwei Kochfelder setzen. Es klebt überhaupt nichts am Boden an, wenig Fett erforderlich, nach dem Aufheizen Wärme runterschalten, ist sowieso besser für das Fischeiweiss. Einziger Nachteil: die Griffe werden heiss. Das nehme ich bei dem Bratergebnis aber gerne in Kauf.

Génial ! Attention car le couvercle et les poignées sont chaudes et la sauteuse est un peu lourde. Mais je ne regrette pas mon achat bien au contraire !!
