About this item:
Olbas Oil is a mixture of essential pure plant oils for relief of bronchial and nasal congestion and hay fever by inhalation. Olbas Oil is suitable for adults and children as young as 3 months, though Olbas also has a gentler formulation especially developed for little noses – Olbas for Children, also suitable from 3 months. When applied to the skin, Olbas Oil can also relieve symptoms of muscular pain – this is not recommended for children under 12 years.

Essential oils of Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Cajeput, Wintergreen, Juniper and Clove.

It works
Gets rid of stuffy nose but BEWARE!
Not just my opinion - apparently happens to some people. After inhaling this for a stuffy nose I developed increased heart rate, higher than normal blood pressure, and feeling of chest constriction. No, I was not having an anxiety issue - although when I saw my higher than normal blood pressure reading I did get a bit concerned. (we have an bp cuff and oximeter at home that the VA) gave us. I am a healthy person on no medication, but the effect was real. Just BEWARE if you are sensitive to many things - this may turn out to be one of them. I much rather have a stuffy nose than experience that again.
