I love the flavor!
This is a very honest review in my own opinion.First, Green Mountain makes the very best k pod coffees for different reasons. Their flavors are superb, no grinds left in your cup and the pods don’t explode your machine. All that said…Second, Maple Pecan has to be one of my favorite flavors! I usually save this for fall/winter. It reminds me of happy times in Vermont. It’s also very expensive. More expensive then other GM coffees and hard to find. I once placed an order through Bolo for this coffee waited for 2 months only to receive a notification that the vendor was out of supply.Third, Maple Pecan tastes like actual Maple Pecan. You can smell it as it’s brewing and it makes drinking coffee enjoyable. I add vanilla creamer, as that’s my preference. It seems each year it’s getting harder to find and the cost is going up, which makes me think this flavor will be discontinued eventually. I would highly recommend trying this GM coffee flavor if you love all things Maple!
Tastes and smells great
I drink my coffee black with no sugar. My usual is Folders' Classic roast but I enjoyed this one as a nice change. I love this flavor because it smells amazing when it brews. It has a sweetness to it that enhances the taste without being too sweet the way that sugar can be. It's not bitter or acidic.I don't drink coffee all the time but I found that this one didn't give me the jitters like some others do. It had just enough caffeine to boost my energy.
