    As a committed MCT oil user for sometime now I was beyond excited to use the "NEW" addition to the family of MCT oils. Now this new born baby is a delight to use, so soft it melts perfectly into your hot coffee and tea, it does not melt as quick as milk on first use, but you get use to it over time as a perfect substitute to any milk. I have been using both oils (C8 & Primal energy) for my morning coffee matcha's as I have been consuming it in cold filtered clean water so the oils blend really well with the water for me as I blend them on a low setting in my powerful vitamix but when I crave a hot drink this new baby powder melts well giving me fibre, healthy fats, and more importantly it's a top winner for me because of the added probiotic which is must for gut health, The gut is the brain of the body for energy levels well being so this element is what makes this product a "winner" for me. I would like to see more added probiotics added into any new future line launches from LLS too. (a must for health!) I think it's good to switch these MCT's around so the body does not become lazy consuming the same products over and over which can then lead sometimes to lose the core benefit of the product, so I try and rotate where possible as a regular consumer of the oils on a Keto lifestyle. But this is going to be my staple for travel and when the colder weather draws in as I crave hot drinks more but in the summer as I consume so much cold water so therefore the oils work better for my personal use. So all in all this new addition to the family could be the winner of all three as the new baby born to the family of MCT oils. I have yet to try in baking, this will be my next experiment for sure.! LLS have yet again nailed it in effortless supplements, in the arena of MCT oils ticking all the boxes of clean sustainably supplements for optimum health offering most products now I believe to be vegan as this one is, which is important to me how supplements are made with out harming the planet or animals which is really important to me all round because of the climate crisis we have on our hands today. So It's good good to know which companies are also doing their bit for the planet which effects us all everyday in what we are consuming.I look forward to new lines this company keeps adding which are always a "cut above the rest" for value for money offering premium researched quality products at an affordable price point.     After researching MCT oil and the benefits I decided on the powdered version, to hopefully avoid any tummy issues. I liked the look and the price of the Love Life So ordered it. It arrived quickly, packed well and I prepared to make my first bullet proof coffee. I made it with grass fed butter and one scoop of powder. It was delicious, very creamy. I’ve had no tummy troubles at all and now have two scoops. I also use it in my protein smoothies and it always blends up really well. I will be ordering another one soon, as I’m powering through my first pot. Would definitely recommend. I have the Keto strips, and have noticed it has definitely improved my ketosis and fat burning.

    The Love Life COCONUT MCT POWDER is a great way to replace some of the less healthy fats in your diet with healthier ones. I have used it to replace milk in tea and coffee and love the creamy taste that it gives to coffee especially. I found that if you split the daily ‘dose’ between several drinks, it disperses more easily and avoids the clumping effect. It has a good amount of fibre in a serving and also acts as a prebiotic. If you make your porridge with water, it gives a creamy taste, whether you add it during cooking or stir it in at the end. I didn’t experience any of the side effects often associated with oils: probably just as well with the current toilet roll ‘situation’! Lack of availability has also revived the popularity of bread makers. It may be worth experimenting with the MCT powder replacing the milk powder in your bread-maker to give your bread a healthy boost.

    I take this with my cup of tea in the morning. It blends reasonably well but will leave a little fat residue on top - I expected this. The flavour isn't overpowering or unpleasant. The MCT gives me a good boost of energy without the side effects that can come with the pure oil. I had tried other powders in the past but this is my favourite by far. I'm following a keto diet and find that this gives me a good wake up in the mornings.

    I mainly used this product at work as it was extremely convenient for me to use here. I mainly used it in tea and coffee. The flavour of the powder didn't ruin the flavour of the hot drinks which I found really good. The texture in the drink was a little strange as it lumped up a bit but when I got used to it, it didn't bother me.I put it in a few shakes that I made to and I found this benificial.Overall i think this is a really good product for the price and I love how clean the product is.

    Really enjoyed using this powderI’ve used MCT oil many times in the past and think that’s great too but having this in powder form makes it far more versatile, I used it a lot making oat balls and other raw cooking as I could replace coconut oil while also having better binding qualities. It’s great because you can also use it like regular mct oil, I usually have it in my coffee and it dissolves nicely.I’ve always found mct oil great for cognitive function and can definitely notice the difference compared to coconut oil.I would definitely buy this product again as it’s very versatile, you get a lot for your money and it’s high quality.

    I’ve tried this in my coffee, yes it might contribute to a creamier coffee but I did get any coconut flavour (even after doubling the recommended amount). Coconut is one of my favourite flavours but I personally did not get a hint from this product I will try other variations and if any thing changes I will update this review. I will be trying similar products to find one that suits my taste buds.

    Impressed with this Coconut MCT Powder from LLSupplimemts,makes my Keto BPCoffee really creamy without the addition of any cream.Easy to use,big pot.Blends well,I use a hand held blender.Very easy on the digestive front ---- no mad dashes😁. Great value for money,brain fog lifting.When ever we resume having holidays will be easier to take with us rather than the MCT Oil. Well done LLS.

    als Ersatz für richtiges MCT-Öl geeignet; keine Geschmacksbeeinträchtigung; löst sich mit Mixer gut auf; BPC schmeckt auch fast wie mit Öl, ist dafür bei mir besser verträglich und auch pur im Kaffee genießbar :-)
