Recently tested these in severe rain and Highland and last for 1.5hrs before my legs got wet. And dried relatively quickly once out of the storm. Exceeded my expectations for water resistance given how heavy the rain was. Great comfort and fit and lightweight but not too cool in lower temperatures. Brilliant product.

These trousers seem nice and strong. They feel really lightweight and to be honest, I didn’t think they’d last. So far I’ve used them (nearly) everyday for the past 3 weeks, while I’m backpacking through Europe.They are holding up strong with the hiking I’m doing. They are waterproof. You can see the raindrops roll right off the fabric. If the trousers and laying in water, they’ll get a wet patch. Any wet patches or damp dry off pretty quickly.The pockets are holding up strong. There is two normal pockets, one back pocket and one pocket on the right leg.These trousers aren’t high quality like the designer ones but they holding up strong and for the price, they are well worth it.I wear a size 30/30 (small). The fit seems pretty good to me.

Reading other reviews there seems to be some confusion and misunderstanding about the pros and cons of a good outdoor/cargo trouser. The main thrust of them is that they should keep you mostly dry and not feel even the stiffest breeze through them. They are water resistant and not waterproof, but such is the lot of any material other than a true plastic over-trouser. Equally they may be too insulated for some warmer days, but how can one pair of trousers deal with that? If you are doing vigorous exercise on a mild day then the human body might perspire!(Clothing such as nylon boys shorts with inbuilt underwear can help if that is your problem, but it would be up to you to do the mix and match experiment.)Looks and design are not for me to tell you about, but I like the grey and with black knee reinforcements. If you don't, other combos are available. Elastic top with belt hooks, but no belt. Not even a cheap one. Point away. Beyond that no complaints. Been out in them in the light rain and I have to say they are especially good for mountain biking: My main outdoor activity. No knee resistance at all. Certainly a step above, say, jeans.If you spend time outdoors in all weathers, specialist clothes can make all the difference. Very happy with my purchase and you will be too, just as long as you remember it is only a pair of strong trousers and not Jesus....

I got these for husband birthday as fishing trousers. I got thick but they r quite thin but soft fleece lined so not bulky. They look great on fits him lovely. They have a good stretch in them. Lots of zip pockets. Waterproof and knee re enforcing. His 5”11 and fit great not flapping in wind lol slim fit not baggy not spray on. He loves them and his thinking of getting a black pair for work in winter because it’s cold where he works.Honestly best trousers I’ve brought for fishing or work.Honestly you won’t be disappointed they are great trousers. We had great in 34 ( his a 32 ) but thought because his sitting ( fishing) didn’t want him feeling restricted. But because of that lovely stretch they were a bit big. So I reordered in dark green ( he wanted slightly darker ones) and the 32 was perfect. We did notice these has button and zip. The grey in 34 was hook and zip. But both looked great but i agree the dark green look Bloody LOVELY on. X the black will be lovely on to . Honestly if you want hiking trousers or work or fishing these are perfect for me or women. Because of that stretch

These trousers are not true to size. The waist on the 34 inch was roomy - which was ok but... The knee pads were on my shins. I'm 5'9" and suspect I would have had to be at least another 6 inches for these to fit properly. It's a shame as the quality of the thick fabric seemed nice and comfortable against the skin. The black Friday deal was great value for money too. It's a shame. Had to return.

Went to Iceland in September and it kept me warm and waterproof! I love the zips on these Trousers as they keep my items safe and secure while hiking. The thin fleece lining also kept me warm at near-freezing temperatures. Although I felt the zip brushing against my legs when I walked now and then, I still loved this purchase. I would buy again.

These are great to be worn on a tight budget. Look well, fit well and are comfortable to wear 12+ hours hiking. The only problem was the stitching did come apart in the groin area after the first use.

Habe die Hose im Winter testen können, sie hält gut warm, trocken und ist winddicht. Sehr bequem durch elastischen Gummibund. Für den Preis absolut empfehlenswert. Würde die auch in anderen Farben kaufen.

Hält schön warm und ist wasserabweisend wie versprochen.Wenn es wärmer wird kommt man auf jeden Fall schnell ins schwitzen.Über die Verarbeitung gibt es bislang nichts zu meckern.Für meinen Geschmack könnten die Beine etwas schmaler sein.Für den Preis auf jeden Fall in Ordnung.
Eher ne Skihose
Der Stoff ist glaube ich nicht besonders strapazierfähig. Hab sie kaum angehabt, weil sie so viel Geräusche macht.
Top Hose
Ich habe mir diese Hose zum Rollerfahrer besorgt, bei Temperaturen um 0 Grad hält sie immer noch sehr gut warm, bei kälteren Temperaturen konnte ich sie noch nicht auf dem Roller testen, habe sie jetzt auch schon mehrfach im Schnee angehabt und mich mehrere Minuten in den Schnee gesetzt und auch da hält sie gut warm und ist auch top dicht, nach einer guten Stunde toben im Schnee mit den Kindern ist sie außen klatsch nass aber es dringt nichts durch so das man wirklich trocken bleibt, ich bin mehr als zu Frieden mit dieser Hose und werde mir noch eine zweite besorgen, wirklich top Hose für den Preis.
