So easy to use - no sticking to the pan as long as you follow instructions! Heat pan before adding anything to it, we use butter once he's heated and rinse out immediately after use which will then require light sponge to clean properly - would recommend

These are NOT non-stick. After just a few uses, they become almost impossible to clean. Even if I pour oil into the pan before frying a simple egg, there is gunk stuck to the bottom of the pan afterwards.NOT RECOMMENDED!

It took me ages to find good non toxic non stick pans for everyday use and I have actually found them in these.I cook eggs in them most days and they are actually non stick! Its great.

I bought these after they were recommended on America test kitchens youtube review (after getting rid of our previous non stick pans because of worries about PFAs). Theyve performed very nicely, causing no problems with sticking at all. Cooks evenly and im happy with the results. Very easy to clean.They were pretty expensive so I drive my girlfriend a bit nuts making sure that she is super gentle with them and only ever uses wooden spatulas. I've had them for about 2 months and haven't seen any degradation in the surface yetThe larger pan can just about handle enough food for dinner for 2 people, but couldn't really hold anything larger than that (we're both medium-size eaters)I do wish they came with lids. None of our previous pans lids fit onto these perfectly so we either have to leave them open or put a large lid on, which drips water onto the stove-top

Man I love when something lives up to the hype, and this 11” pan comes thru. This is the evolution to the nonstick ceramic pan. I haveeverything from stainless steel to carbon steel but this is my go to pan. Quality, efficiency andeasy to maintain. 👍

Amazing non-stick surface. Nice browning even on medium low to low heat. Tried it once with skin on chicken thighs. About a tablespoon of neutral oil in a 12" frying pan. Nothing stuck to the pan. No elbow grease needed to wash the pan. I could have just wiped the pan with a paper towel to clean itScrabble eggs and fried eggs sunny side up slid right out of the 8" pan. Reheated Chinese pan fried noodles in the 9 1/2 inch one with a glass lid. Noodles came back crispy without oil on a medium low flame.I bought the 3-piece Valencia frying pan set, 12" frying pan and glass lids for all. Loking forward to cooking more when I have more time.My All-Clad frying pans are in a box ready to be dropoff at a non-profit. Merry Christmas to me! Get your's!
A forgiving pan.
I was looking to replace my Teflon pans. Stainless steel pans work, but they are unforgiving. Get a little sloppy or rush things a bit and stick city. This pan is a nice compromise. With a little attention (warming it up a bit) they are just as advertised - nonstick. It cleans easily and has cooked my food with no drama. Will expand my collection soon.
Non-stick!
The 8” pan is light weight and works well on the induction stove top. The nonstick surface is fantastic for cooking and cleaning! The pan handle doesn’t get hot and feels comfortable to grip. I really like this pan!
Excellent frying pan
I've been looking for non-stick pans to replace the older ones that use PFAS and other toxic chemicals and stumbled across this one. It's still early days, I've only had it a few weeks but so far this pan is outstanding! It is very well made, solid, heavy duty, almost commercial quality, really. One of the nicest frying pans I've ever used. The non-stick surface has been amazing. Eggs, melted cheese, everything just slides right out without sticking. Just follow the instructions. Hand wash only. Don't use pan spray! There is apparently something in most pan sprays that can cause the surface of the pan to deteriorate. Put a bit of oil or butter in the pan before putting the food in. Cleaning it is ridiculously easy because nothing sticks to it in the first place. A quick wipe in soapy water using regular dish soap and it's clean.
