    I saw these pans on Judge's own website - can't believe how Bolo manages to sell them so much cheaper than the official prices. A real bargain.They are extremely well made, with a lovely shine that's still there even after a few months of using. They're made of a reasonably thick layer of stainless steel that is tough without being overly heavy. They are certainly light enough to handle easily, and even when full are not heavy. Here's what I like about them:1: They are suitable for all hob types. I use them on an induction hob and they heat up far quicker than my previous pans.2: They have an engraved scale etched inside each pan - this is really useful to get an idea of how much liquid is being used. There's no way these marking will rub off - they are etched deeply into the insides of the pan.3: The lids are excellent - we got the 'strainer-type' lids, and they've been an absolute revelation. No need for a colander or sieve, the lids catch everything allowing the water to drain out. The lids are also transparent - it's great to be able to actually see what's happening inside the pan!4: The pans have pouring lips. This might not seem such a big deal, but in use, they work really well. It's so easy to pour things like soups directly from the pan without having to use a ladle. And there's no drips from them either.5: They have a really nice shine. After a few months of use, the outside of the pans has remained shiny. If I was being hyper-critical, I'd say that the inside of the pans have discoloured very slightly, but this is only marginal, and has not affected the function of the pans in any way.6: Nice handles. They don't heat up too much, and are easy to grip.Are there any downsides?Well the only real drawback is that the pans are slightly harder to clean than, say, non-stick pans. We've gotten into the habit of soaking the pans for a couple of minutes before we actually wash them, and that makes it a fair bit easier to clean them. We've also taken to using a more robust scouring pad to help clean them, and this too has worked well. All the pans have cleaned up really well without too much effort, even after some really thick food has dried into the metal. I honestly ever see it becoming difficult to clean them - yes it takes a bit longer than normal, but we're only talking about a few seconds here - hardly a problem. And it's nice to know that there will never be any bits of non-stick coating coming off over time and getting into your food. This is a real plus.We haven't put the pans into the dishwasher - we've never done that with any pans, so I can't comment on how the pans would fare if you did decide to following this method of cleaning.All in all, I'm chuffed to bits with these pans. After a few months, they still shine like new and really look very good indeed.I hope you've found this brief review useful. And in case you are wondering, I did pay for these pans with my own money. At £65, these were an absolute steal.

    These arrived earlier than was expected so a bonus. They look very good quality pans so I shall look forward to putting them to the test. I am very pleased with my purchase especially as they were an excellent price on prime day.

    Only just delivered so unable to comment on how good they are/how long they will last. I bought these to replace an old set that I've had for many years - one of the handles had come loose from one of the pans on my old set over time, and one of the knobs on the lids had gotten broken (can't remember how).After doing some research and reading many reviews on other pan sets (stainless steel ones in particular), I decided going with another brand was even more of a risk, and maybe it was 'better the devil you know'So..... these feel more lightweight, more tin-like (thinner), and just not as robust as my previous set. The pour lip is smaller but seems fine and lids are the same, again just thinner and lighter. Time will tell but I don't have too much confidence that these will last as well as my old set. But overall, a good pan set at a good price.

    The items are excellent, but are advertised at hugely varying prices and many sellers do not have them in stock. I had to cancel one order when the seller could not give me a delivery date two weeks after placing the order. Stewart and Gibson were considerably cheaper than most suppliers and the items were delivered incredibly quickly. The company is the obvious place to go for a swift and efficient execution of an order. I cannot praise them too highly. Thank goodness Bolo has the company as a supplier.

    These are superb. The base is thick and although it’s steel I feel I am cooking in non stick pot. It’s so easy to clean and never have to worry about it getting scratches. Love it , recommend it. Value for money.

    I have arthritis which makes gripping and lifting things difficult, so I wanted pans with handles that stay cool without using potentially slippery oven gloves and that are comfortable to grasp. I also need the pans not to be so heavy that lifting them when full isn’t a struggle.The handles on the pans and the knob on the lids are perfect for me. The largest pan weighs 934g, the medium one 738g and the smallest, 592g. These are considerably lighter to lift than many others. The quality is good, not flimsy, and the pouring lip doesn’t drip: a minor miracle! The lids straining holes are a great idea, it saves having to use a colander.The price makes them exceptionally good value, too. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
