My 4 year old grandson is obsessed with this he does all my hoovering for me its great.Having said that it is a great, quick and easy machine to use for those quick pick up crumbs and dusty bits although it doesnt pick up everything as its suction is not strong but as its a carpet sweeper I dont expect it to work as a vacuum machine. For everyday quick fly around tidy ups its amazing and as a bonus it fits the stair tread so cleans the stairs nicely. Its very easy to move around as its a swivel head and great for under tables and chairs so you dont have to move them.

Good advertising. Good realistic price and delivery. Well packaged with clear instructions on assembly. Quick charging.Very efficient use in picking up all sorts of bits on flooring. Quite powerful.Pleased so far.

OMG what a load of rubbish, and how they can justify the price is beyond me. I ordered this for my elderly mum who is struggling with a standard upright rechargeable hover. But this is crap, with a capital C! The clear perspex cover keeps coming off whilst trying to sweap up. The unit constrantly flicks over mid-way through cleaning, the dirt that was eventually sucked up keeps coming back out becuase when the unit flicks over the dirt tray opens. It's very noisy, the handle is so flimsy I doubt it will last more than a couple of weeks at best. All in all, it's rubbish and not fit for purpose. The only good thing I can say about it is yes it's light weight and the battery does last quite a while and doesn't take long to charge. But would I recommend - no. would I buy again - no. I have requested to return the item and whilst JML are saying I need to pay the return postage, I am arguing via Bolo that given the machine is obviously faulty, then I the customer should not be expected to pay return postage, which Bolo have agreed with me and have instructed JML to send me a pre-paid return label, which I am still waiting for. Best advise I can give is don't buy this product then you wont have need to argue over who pays return postage when you return it, because I am sure you will be returning it, if you do decide to ignore the negative reviews and order it.

I had this delivered on the 14th October 2023 and this is what happened to the handle at the ankle point its so flimsy and weak it snapped with light use I only use it once a week as I live alone and used it for a quick tidy up because I cannot use a heavy vacuum due to a disability. It is a good wee sweeper on light carpets but no good for Thick Pile or Rugs it flips over and empties out. The handle is not very strong and needs a re-think to strengthen it. As I said it is a good wee sweeper. I don't know if I can get a replacement handle I've only had it for just over a month.

I like the colour & general appearance of the sweeper. It picks up dust from all my flooring extremely well. This includes, wooden floors, laminate tiles & carpets. I also like that it swivels & goes under & between furniture legs. It works well ,too, on stairs. There are two down sidesto It 1) It doesn't feel very sturdy & 2) the position of the on /off switch is a bit low.
