Only bought this because I read a review online , it was in a magazine stating it was an ideal primer for mature skin. I’ve used it three times now and it does exactly as stated. Very fine almost not existing soft sheer feel, but smooths out the skin making a lovely base to apply the foundation. Very pleased, makeup stays put, long lasting too.

Really into my e.l.f products at the moment. My t zone is very oily and I am trying a few products at the moment to try and control it. This being one of them.It smoothes on my skin so well and has a lovely even ing effect. It mattifies well.I still do get a somewhat shiny face but it's not as bad.Thanks e.l.f 😊

Love, love, love this putty! Ordered the trial size because I wasn’t sure I would like the feel of “putty” on my face. One of the best products I have ever used. So moisturizing and lightweight. I allow it to soak into my skin for @ five minutes before I apply my foundation. My makeup glides on so easily, and I used about half the amount of foundation that I usually wear. All my skin imperfections are hidden, wrinkles are softer, and my face looks perfect for ten hours. One of the best purchases I’ve ever made!
First Time Trying!
Normally I use ELF Poreless Primer, but saw this. It does cover large pores a bit better. Both types help with makeup going on smoothly and lasting through the day. I do use a mini spatula (ice cream tasting spoon) to get the product out of the jar. The advantage of it being in a jar is you can see how much you have left vs the pump bottle that the Poreless Primer comes in. I'm definitely glad I tried this!
Good finish to this makeup.
I don't need to bother with a moisturizer if I use the Illuminating. The result is enough to smooth out my complexion and I don't bother with foundations or powders. Also like the Matte finish.
Very nice for oily old skin
Love this product. Keeps skin looking smooth and dry even on long work days. Can use as blotter somewhat as well with larger foundation type brush.
