This steamer works very well you can vary the amount of steam .it’s very easy to use . Fitting the Vicks pad was a bit tricky (just push it’ll fit). The only fault was it’s very easy to catch the power button and turn it off. But that wouldn’t be a problem if sat at a table.

Bought this when I was recovering from a chest infection and has a lingering dry cough/blocked ears. It was overall a good product especially when I used in the evening, it offered relief from my dry cough. It is not too big so is easy to handle/store. The steam does get quite hot so I would adjust how much came out when it got too much. The menthol tabs were quite over powering but I think would be effective if you had a blocked nose. It is easy to clean. My only criticism is the cord is quite short and it needs to stay plugged in for use so you have to be near a power source.

Been recommended to buy something like this as suffering with chest infections and nasty cough. This definitely makes the suffering easier, though it doesn’t cure it. I’d say the pads are a bit pricey for that they don’t last long, having to change every 8 hours at the max. so if using long term you’d go through them quickly. The inhaler is very easy to set up and there is clear guide book included on how to set up and how to use it. Unit has to be plugged in while in use so need to make sure you have flat surface near an outlet socket (as the unit shouldn’t be handheld or placed at an angle during use). You can also adjust intensity of the steam which is very easy to do with one button. Overall good product, I would recommend it, specially that it can be used as much as one needs instead of taking useless meds.

Followed instructions - only needs 2.5 tablespoons of water in it. Took ages to heat up, so I thought I had a faulty product. Suddenly, it started to produce some steam, but nothing of any real power. You can adjust the steam with a very basic hand control, but it does feel very cheaply made for the price. I had a struggle to fit the face guard as well, it was as if it was not made for the machine. I received 2 Vick pads/filters to insert into a drawer, but they didn't seem strong enough and I would probably benefit more from using a hot bowl and a towel over my head. Make sure that you leave it unplugged for a good while before emptying after use as it remains very hot - as I found out. It's ok for occasional use, but not for very heavy congestion.

This arrived three days ago. It was fine for the first couple of days when I used it twice a day. On the third day, halfway through a session, and for no apparent reason, it suddenly cut out with a bang after 5 minutes, when the water tank was still half full. I hadn’t moved it or done anything unusual. It now will not power on at all. It’s a cheaply produced appliance. The steam has already caused the logos to rub off, with coloured smears on the plastic casing. I will be sending this back and asking for a refund.

WOW !!! I love it. It does not need cleaning, generates constant steam, is small and points precisely at the nose and mouth. It is the best inhalation comfort I have ever had. Thanks. I do them more often now.

Likes; ease of use, works quick about 1min and its makes steam. It helps release my sinus issues quickly .Dislikes; the kettle well is narrow in places (probably done to speed up heating the water) as such can't remove calcium deposits mechanicaly with fingers... instructions say to soak in vinegar for 10min.... so I have to soak it even longer. Holding in hand at the 'neck' it gets warm but not burn hand kind if hot... I'm tall so sitting it on a desk ain't for me...the switch being place at the bottom means if you hold it wrong... could turn it off too. The vapo thingoo I thought was too strong didn't use em...Good but could be better.
