I can't express how amazing this supplement is. I bought this for my alcoholic sister, who became a shell of her former self by drinking to black out almost every day for years. GREAT product. TRUSTED company. Been noticing a major drop in energy levels over the last few weeks and totally forgot about taking a vitamin B12 over the last three months or so - started taking this B-complex yesterday and noticed a great boost of energy today. Fast acting!
