Bulgarian Bee’s honey is harvested in the virgin forests of Bulgaria – a region in Northeastern Bulgaria, near the town of Dulovo, chosen specifically for beehives for its diverse flora and pollution-free air. Bulgarian Bee’s honey is “limited” which means we only sell honey that we collect from our own beehives. Unlike mass producers, we do not buy outside production to mix it with ours in order to increase its quantity and reduce quality. And, that is why we can guarantee that we always deliver the same pure, raw, non-pasteurized, cold-pressed honey to you – with care, love and minimal intervention. We leave the bees and nature do most of the job. Our wildflower honey is one of a kind as the bees are provided with over 3600 plant species to collect nectar from. One third of these species is used as herbs in the medicine (Thistle, Thyme, Oregano, Camomile, Hawthorn, Melissa, etc). It has a distinctive dark amber or red colour. After the sickly-sweet supermarket honey we'd been buying, it's a wonderful change to get some real honey! This tastes very like the honey my grandfather's bees produced. Yes, it's not quite as sweet. Yes, it goes solid in the jar. I just put the bottle on a radiator, and it softened and cleared beautifully. This is real honey, not sugar syrup which never sets.

Je l'utilise dans le thé, le café, 1cc au naturel pour adoucir la gorge, en mélange dans un grog anti-toux...il est bon pourcla santé et bon au goût. Bonne qualité de miel pur.

non appena mi è stato consegnato mi sembrava un ammasso colorato e informe ...dopo essermi consultata con il venditore e , a torto, insistevo sul fatto che non fosse buono visto che non era fluido l'ho lasciato "riposare" come da suo consiglio ed entrato in temperatura ha ripreso la fluidita' l'ho assaggiato e...fantastico! un gusto buonissimo ! acquisto gia' da un po' per me e la mia famiglia da questa azienda che per me è la migliore in tema di miele e melassa (che consiglio) ma questo ai fiori selvaggi è la prima volta 5 stelle qualità prezzo molto equilibrati.
