I have always been hyper-sensitive to cannabinoids, which had stimulated mild schizophrenia, that I have endured since 1994.I took some psilocybin recently to see if it had any great, positive effect, as I heard that people took it to affect their neuroplasticity. Psilocybin was interesting but way too intense.I heard about this Lion's Mane, being similar but it had no psychoactive stimulus - perfect!I do get a small sensation, like with psilocybin, that I have taken a substance but it has no psychoactive, visual effects.I took two capsules per day for about 1 week and but it was far too intense for me. The second week, I switched to one capsule every morning and that also was too much... I am now on one capsule every other day, when the sensation wears off, I take another.Yes, there - is - something very interesting about this product that seems to affect my mood positively and my thinking has been better.I believe that taking Lion's Mane is a positive, pro-active experiment for anyone wanting to resolve their cognitive issues.P.s. If I took a capsule in the afternoon, I found that I could not get to sleep.

These are excellent for brain fog, however I have experienced sever stomach cramps and gastro reactions. I stopped and started them on a few occasions to check it was definitely them and it was.I’m not writing this to discourage anyone, as I really wish I could continue to take them as the cognitive benefits are great. For me however the pain and discomfort is not worth it.I thought it was worth mentioning this as others may experience the same, and like me at the beginning my not realise it’s because of these. A friend of mine has also had to stop taking them due to bad stomach reactions too.

I like this product and have been using it for years. I do notice the effect as I am more eloquent when speaking to people and am more relaxed in the office. I don't know why they've changed their packaging to a plastic bottle though. A biodegradable refill sachet like other decent supplement companies use would be good. I would give it five stars if it had more environmentally friendly packaging.

Highly recommend I suffer from mental health issues such as anxiety, depression and brain fog. This stuff really helps and it makes a noticeable difference. So first day I tried it took two capsules in the day, weirdly made me a little tired with no noticeable improvement for me. Then I took two tablets at night woke up the next day feeling refreshed and at ease with no brain fog. It was like someone switched on the light in my mind, great feeling. It gave me full on HD 4K dreams where I remember everything which happening which was kind of cool. I like this brand as they can tell me it's grown in the UK on wood and it not full of fillers. Now you may say ok so ? Well there are alot of Chinese brands out there that apparently sell good lion's mane but have very high levels of lead. So please do your research and avoi, stick with this stuff. If you want to learn more Google or youtube a guy called Paul Stamets he is an expert when it comes to how lion's mane can improve mental health :) Will be recommending this stuff to friends and family.

I am a long term depression sufferer of over 30 years, antidepressants I am prescribed are not enough so I thought I would give these a try after seeing a program about similar products.I had a severe bout of depression last Christmas day, one of the worst I have had and it would not let up, within a few days of starting these I started to feel much better and over the next few weeks my depression had finally lifted to a point where I was content.Up until 2 weeks ago I only took one a day but I have been struggling a little so I increased to 2 a day and I am feeling very positive and able to function quiet was and dare I say im feel happy!They are not a placebo, they do work for me with my persistent depression and I am about to order my second packet.From Christmas day 2019 to 7 Mar 2020 I was existing, from then on I am now living!

I bought two of the same product from different companies and yes they do work am very sceptical when it comes to vitamins/capsules as a lot r full of fillers etc I suffer from depression anxiety PTSD and I don't leave the house due to being sexually assaulted back in 2016, but since taking these mushroom supplements I feel like going out again doing the gym and starting to speak with others who I found truly hard to do, so the ones who found these don't work odviously r trying to hard and excepting a miracle, we are all unique in our own way what works for others won't work for you, give things a chance to work without thinking about it,🤗🐾🌹

came onto these on account of paul stammets talks on youtube. its a supplement, so it doesnt make you fly or anything, but in combination with some others i was able to kick antidepressants and I feel quite stable.happy browsing! :-)

Makes me feel aggressive
I think the product itself might work and work well for others, but for me I feel more aggressive when I take it. So I quickly stopped. It really has no taste or smell, so it's non-offensive and if it works for you, then it's probably OK. I can't use it however.

Prodotto eccellente, mai più senza.L’ho comprato anche per mia mamma, a titolo di prevenzione dell’Alzheimer e altre patologie senili del cervello.
