    Loved the massive bag that arrived . The chocolate is absolutely gorgeous & so easy to work with . Made a white chocolate ganache with it for my blackberry, vanilla cake . The chocolate tastes divine . Im definately going to buy more when ive finished this bag

    I bought this to use for hot chocolate, it's a great replacement for some of the more expensive high street offerings. The white chocolate is GAUWJUS! As soon as you taste it you can't help but sink into your chair and relax. It has a low melting point so can be used in some cheaper hot chocolate machines that don't heat up the milk as much as some others but it still needs to be warm to hot in temperature. It also can be used to decorate cakes and cookies etc but I haven't tried that yet, I will definitely be buying more

    I like this chocolate, it's very tasty but for me I genuinely don't know a huge difference between this and other much cheaper white chocolate when used in a ganache or melted. I think that it is much easier to work with in that it is easy to make a ganache and feels more difficult to wind up with a split situation but saying that, I don't think the flavour is anything much over and above what I can purchase at a supermarket for half price. I will use this for special occasion cakes and baking but I think on a general level I will continue to use supermarket chocolate for your average day today baking. one thing It would be nice nice if this came in a resealable bag as it is quite a large bag and you would be unlikely to use it all at once.

    Amazing product, if tempered correctly, comes out glossy. Easy to melt if you want to pop it in the microwave, does not seize unless you blast it (which most would not). Made caramelized white chocolate oven and microwave method and both results were perfection. 250g in microwave for 1 mins, stir than continuously 15 seconds stirring in between. I was worried bc it started to stiffen but I kept going. Once it turned that beautiful caramel color it was beautiful and glossy. 100% recommend using this product to make caramelized white chocolate. It adds so much flavor and depth to white chocolate since many people find white chocolate too sweet.
