This product is totally unfit for purpose. A corner strap tore off as it was tensioned in accordance with the instructions. The whole thing is flimsy, thin badly made (guess where?) and not tough like a sail. There's no way that it would last more than a month.

The quality of the material and the eyes is poor. Much worse than this the name of the item says "Water Resistant" in it's title. It's not water resistant at all, certainly not compared to another brand's sail that sits next to this one in the garden. The material quality is poor, the eyes in each corner are made of material rather than having a ring, and it's more expensive than it's competition. I'll be returning this as it doesn't perform as it's description.

Very poor quality and marked so presumably not new. I have kookaburra sails that I’ve used for years and they are great, I can’t really believe a company would trash their reputation with such a poor product, so I really doubt these are genuine. I requested a refund and now Primrose want me to take photo and send to them. So guys you ship me rubbish then ask me to jump through hoops, you must know these are poor...

When my package arrived I really liked the colour,and couldn’t wait to use it. Unfortunately the material was much thinner than I expected, some of the sewing was poor quality and after putting it up we started to see daylight through various areas. We had rain later, and it definitely is not water resistant as the rain was seeping through. Such a disappointment, needs to go back.

I was a bit nervous buying this that I would end up with a bed sheet type of thing, but I had nothing to worry about it is a very heavy material but strong, is up a few weeks now and we love it, have some of the children toys set up under it so no worry about sun burn, you can still feel the heat of a good day but no rays. Full marks here.

J'avais acheté cette toile il y a 8 ans et c'était un très bon produit. Je l'ai remplacé mais je suis déçu de la qualité de la toile concernant l'épaisseur et les fixations des angles sans anneaux. Je ne peux plus utiliser mes fixations murales car la toile est plus grande que ce qui est indiqué sur les descriptif

Nicht möglich richtig zu spannen
Im ersten moment macht das Segel einen sehr guten eindruck. Leider konnte es nicht richtig gespannt werden.Nach einem Tag montiert mit wirklich mäßigen Wind sind nun die Nähte an einigen Stellen gerissen oder sehr stark gedehnt...So leider nicht wirklich zu gebrauchen... leider
