O.R.S Sport also contains Magnesium and Vitamin D which helps to reduce fatigue and support efficient muscle function. O.R.S Sport is Informed Sport Certified safe for use by professional athletes to aid hydration and recovery. Simply drop, dissolve and drink in normal drinking water O.R.S Sport is a vegan friendly formula free from gluten, lactose and artificial preservatives. Supplements are not intended to be a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. The O.R.S Sport formula is based on the World Health Organisation’s oral rehydration solution.

I have been using them for a while now and they are great. Provides hydration and makes you feel a bit more energized whether your exercising or just feeling a little bit tired after a rough nights sleep. Flavour tastes like weak squash.

--- How Do I Use It? ---I usually just pop one or two of these in my 1l water bottle - but if you do this, be careful because it can 'fizz' up through the straw, and you end up a little sticky, and you smell a bit like orange.--- The Good ---Honestly, does what it says on the tin, got a bunch of stuff that's generally good for you (but you might want to check with a pharmacist if you're on any specific medication), I like using them, the flavours are pretty good and it's a better choice than using just squash all the time, plus keeps you hydrated, I've seen a good increase in the appearance of my skin since using these.--- The Bad ---They're a little expensive for what they are, and stock is usually quite unreliable on Bolo; I had a Subscribe & Save that I ended up having to cancel because it just kind of came whenever it was in stock, so I'd end up running out before the next delivery.

These tablets dissolve quickly and are quite tasty.Some salty-tasting residue precipitates out of the liquid so would not recommend for soft flasks or anything difficult to clean.

It's a bit annoying that it doesn't show the full nutritional information on the product description, so I've attached a photo showing it.These are pretty good value in comparisson to nuun, you get twice as many tablets for the same price. However, are they any good? I lift weights pretty early in the morning, and when I'm lifting heavy, hydration is pretty important. I have felt very ill in the past, where I haven't drunk enough before going to the gym. However, since I've started using these, I have not felt ill once, and have not had any injuries (which is common when dehydrated).One thing I don't like is the fairly low potassium content. I would rather they doubled it, bringing it more in line with nuun.The flavour is VERY mild in 500ml of water. It tastes like very weak squash. Which is quite good, as it doesn't leave any taste in your mouth and doesn't leave that weird stickiness than soft drinks can leave. It's quite refreshing.I'm quite happy with this product and will continue to use them. I recommend them for anyone who trains in the morning.
