I've been using nose sleeping strips for a few weeks now, and they’ve made a huge difference in the quality of my sleep. They’re easy to apply and stay on all night without causing any discomfort. Bought because I was fed up with my husband whining about my snoring (but to be fair, he did record me the other night before these arrived and it did sound pretty bad!) I have a bad habit of breathing through my mouth, not my nose, and even sleeping on my side never helps. As soon as I put one of the strips on I could feel my nose clearing miraculously. They stick well and stay on all night. According to my husband, it doesn't stop the snoring entirely, but I no longer sound like a hippopotamus stuck in mud and he can live with it.The problem is, last night, I reverted to type, but that's probably because it was the end of the week, I was tired and I had a Guinness (which always sends me off) and reused the same strip twice, so it was less effective. 10 strips at £4 a pop is a bit pricey! So I plan to buy another product with more strips and wear two instead of one and see if that works. I don't like the idea of mouth guards and mouth strips and I can only sleep with one pillow, so elevating my head is out. Can't think of any other ideas other than sleeping in another room and I don't want to do that!

Hubby freaked out when he came to bed and saw this on my nose, thought I'd cut myself! Anyway, they fit my normal sized(!) nose, they look utterly ridiculous but I'm asleep so....they do a great job when I'm bunged up with a cold. They are very adhesive, takes some pulling off in the morning but they help me sleep better.

My partner says he can feel it working as air flows easier, I can’t say I do. It might have helped a bit with the snoring but definitely hasn’t stopped it.

To say these are useful is an understatement. I'm very reliant on them even with a CPAP mask. I have apnea and deviated septum.They are very helpful and even essential at night for me. I used to use them on their own with good results.Bolo sells the genuine ones, usually by other sellers.

Deviated septum and small nasal passages means sleeping with my mouth closed is nigh on impossible. I can’t say this stops me snoring but it does make it a lot easier to breathe at night and it stays in place all night. The only complaint I have is that it can sometimes leave a mark on my nose which makeup doesn’t entirely cover. Other than that, it’s a great product.

Effektiver Nasenstreifen für gute Luft beim Schlafen
Bis vor kurzem wusste ich noch nichts von dieser Möglichkeit, den Nasenstreifen, zur deutlichen Verbesserung der Atmung während des Schlafens. Bisher hatte ich oft einen Sprühstoß medikamentöser Nasentropfen gebraucht - davon bin ich jetzt entwöhnt!Mit der Klebekraft des Streifens bin ich sehr zufrieden, er fällt über Nacht nicht ungewollt ab.Wichtig ist:- Die richtige Plazierung des Klebestreifens (siehe Bild auf der Verpackung)- Die richtige Größe (nehme Gr. L) und eine fettfreie Klebestelle der Nase.- Außerdem sollte man den Klebestreifen nach dem Abziehen der Schutzfolie nicht berühren.- Vor dem Abziehen am nächsten Morgen Streifen unbedingt befeuchten!
