    I bought this to help.with physio for my shoulder as recommended by my PT. It is a great length and perfect for what I needed. I can grip it easily, the colour is great and it is lovely and thin, bit with the right amount of resistance.

    Good quality product. I found the 1.2 metre a bit short and the 2m. a bit long! Used after shoulder op as recommended by physio.

    For several years I have been using Theraband exercise bands. However, last time I tried to buy some it did not seem possible to buy the short length (~2m) bands I have bought previously. After searching for alternatives, I found these Atemi bands. I was a little reluctant to buy then because they were significantly more expensive. However, I took the risk and am delighted with the result. A problem with the Theraband bands was that after a while they snapped, despite taking great care. So far, I have had no such problems with the Atemi bands. They are thicker and consequently more durable. In the long run I think they will be more cost-effective. I also like the exercises that accompany the bands.High recommended.

    I bought the black (x-heavy) band for stretching and resistance exercises. If you lift weights and have rest days or days when you feel you may risk an injury these are excellent for keeping your arms moving and flexing on the days when you don't lift.It did take a few days before I figured out the best ways to use it (wrapped around my hands, stretching behind back, over head, pulled down towards chest) but once it became comfortable to use it became an every day activity and I can feel and see the difference in my arm's mobility and joint/muscle strength since I started using them.I expected them to snap and they haven't. I regularly stand on it and push upwards with it wrapped around my hands to a full vertical stretch and they have survived perfectly. I bought an extra one too so I can double them up for extra resistance.First resistance bands I've ever bought and I am very pleased with them, they've become a part of my daily routine and have survived 4 months of almost daily use. They smell like rubber when they are brand new though so be prepared to smell a bit like rubber yourself after using them for the first week or two.I have also recommended these bands to a few friends. If mine ever break I will definitely buy them from here again.

    Nice strong thicker band to help with my physiotherapy. Good size to stretch my ankles. It has a strong rubber smell but hopefully will reduce after time and it’s just the nature of the material so to be expected.

    Während des Aufbautrainings regelmäßig verwendet und auch öfters verknotet und anderweitig strapaziert. Soweit war alles in Ordnung. Ich hoffe dass es sich bei der nächsten Verwendung genauso gut bewährt.
