Used it to make sauces and stews. Big enough so boiling over. Good heating. Non-stick is very good. Easy to clean. The lid covers very well with no warping. The bottom sits well on the stove, no warping there either. Although the price is a little high at £51 it was money well spent. I would recommend a sturdy well made wok/frying pan.

It took me a while before make a purchase. But after use it a few time, I am absolutely fall in love using this wok to cook. Sometime food got stuck on the pan but it’s so easy to clean because i can use more abrasive stuff to clean it. Best decision i have made buying this wok. 10 out of 10.

Compared to older SS pots I have, there were a lot of tiny blemishes (see photo). They're not visible now I've used the pan a few times. The base isn't flat, which would be OK on a gas ring, but it rocks on an electric hob, which is annoying. Over all I'm happy with it, but the problem with the base is not going to go away. Regret not paying £20 more for a slightly better item.EDIT:This pan actually works really well, and I'm happy with it now that I've had a chance to use it. The seller contacted me via Bolo and offered me a refund, but as it's working as I want, I'll keep it. Food doesn't stick when frying, which is the main thing I was worried about. Pleased with the customer care.

Duży wok, delikatna pokrywka, przypala się!
Trzeba uważać podczas smażenia. Należy bardzo rozgrzać patelnię i dopiero olej na nią, rozprowadzić pędzelkiem po brzegach, trzymając duży ogień smażyć. Inaczej się przywrze i będzie się przypalać. Albo używać stricte do duszenia ale po co wok wtedy, dusić można w garczku. Średnio praktyczna. Dno jest mniej więcej płaskie ale mogło by być szersze. Pokrywka szklana z bardzo cienkiego szkła! Uważać, aby nie stłuc przypadkiem. Nie kupiłabym drugi raz.

Ci cuocio di tutto, dalla pasta, al riso a vapore alla frittura. La uso da due anni ed è sempre come nuova. Ovviamente se dovete cuocere a lungo e con poco liquido meglio mettere sotto una piastra di ghisa. Comunque a me non si è mai attaccato niente.
Excellent et durable mais demande de l'entraînement
Poêle assez lourde, si vous faites préchauffé la poêle avant avec un peu d'huile de colza, les aliments ne collent pas.Pour l'entretien, je ne la passe pas au lave vaisselle mais j'utilise soit une éponge a récurer (côté vert) soit des grattoirs en aluminium, et la poêle n'adhère toujours pas.Je l'ai oublié sur le feu avec de l'huile a l'intérieur, la poêle a cramé mais en frottant tout est partie et la poêle n'adhère toujours pas.Bref ça a l'air d'être assez solide et durable, mais reste un peu plus adhésive qu'une poêle teflon, et c'est ça qui permet de dorer légèrement les aliments.

Rießige Pfanne mit Edelstahl Griff, sie ist bisschen schwer, aber als Bratpfanne dient sie ziemlich gut.Weil sie ein Bratpfanne ohne Anti-Haft ist, beim Kochen wird er sehr schnell heiß,natürlich auch wegen ohne Anti- Haft sollte man mehr Öl oder wasser zugeben. Es ist halt ein Wok Pfanne.Aber das Risiko auf irgendwann die Anti-Haft Schicht von sich ablösen müsste man nicht meht beachten.Es wird durch kochen, wenn man nicht achtsam den Boden kleben. Dass dauert auch ziemlich langer.Aber mit ein Schwamm geht es wieder wie neu.
CALIDAD BUENA
Al llegar lo primero que he notado es que pesa, y al abrirlo es muy brillante, al ser de acero es muy bueno. Ya llevo usando hace una semana y todo va bien.Hay que decir que son mejores que las de ikea que me costo unos 40€ que luego se pelan por dentro y la comida queda cosas negras.
