    I have been using for several weeks, I have noticed a big reduction in my sensitivity also my teeth do appear whiter. I'm not keen on the taste as I would prefer it to have a fresher taste and the texture is quite gloopy. The texture and taste are not totally unpleasant just not what I'm used to. But due to the reduction in sensitivity and the improvement to the colour of my teeth I will continue to buy
