    Delicious, but very very hot. Just had the jungle curry and it's about as hot as a Madras. I'll use half a sachet next time.

    These are good. Distinctive and pretty correct for their descriptions. I was somewhat surprised at the Chilli content in the yellow as this is normally a more mellow style. They don't have any shrimp paste added, which is good for making vegetarian curries, but you'll need to add your own when making the curry. A useful site as well, (nominally each makes about a litre of curry, but less if you want a punchier curry) so you don't have open pots left over.

    These were recommended by a friend who loves Thai food and I’ve only tried the green curry so far. Absolutely loved it. Each sachet states it serves 8 and I was halfway through cooking mine (for 3 people) when I realised - hence the image looking like there’s too much sauce/gravy. We saved the excess and used it the next evening. Also attached is the back of each of the six versions that came in the box.

    The ingredients are nice and natural and the taste is not bad, but it doesn’t have the vibrancy of really fresh ingredients. I have tasted better from other Thai pastes. I won’t buy again.
