No leaks so far. Lid is plastic. Cheap made but good for price. Box damaged and dented. Luckily this was for me and not a gift as the packaging damage wouldnt have made it possible to give as a gift.

it is awkwardly large but it does hold a lot more than the small ones so i can't complain, but the cap is made of plastic, not metal, which i feel like will wear out in a few months of constant use, i used it for 2 months, drinking water from it 1-2 times a day, and i feel the metal thread kinda eating into the plastic, slowly...

This stainless steel does not seem to taint the flavour at all from what I can tell.It is a great size, quite slim but holds quite a bit, certainly plenty to share with friends.Excellent for camping, fishing etc.

I have just received this item and I feel compelled to write this immediately.This flask fails at virtually every factor you’d wish to consider. Firstly, and most importantly, there is harsh marring on the inside of the flask from welding or perhaps brazing (it’s difficult to tell as it obviously has a narrow opening) — I hope it’s also inert & food safe! I certainly won’t be drinking from it to find out.As if I needed to add further issues, I’ll briefly say that it is of the most flimsy, imprecise construction. The hinge pin is too small so that rattles around. The cap simply sits in a hole on the bracket with a groove cut in the cap so that it fits but cannot slip through. It is several mm too tall so that it too rattles around. Furthermore, the cap is not threaded… Instead, a sort of plastic bush has been inserted and that is what’s been threaded. The sizing & position errors also mean that the cap at its tightest does not look to be on properly. You cannot tell by look whether it’s barely on or completely on so you’d have to be constantly mindful to check as you set it down or put it back in your pocket.The seam where the top has been attached hasn’t been left in the state of the inside (presumably they knew they couldn’t get away with being that obviously lazy and slapdash) but it’s simply been ground to a rough chamfer. Not a consistent one and there are gouges which are either clumsy grinding or perhaps porous welds being revealed. It also has not been polished so it does not match the rest of the flask. The bottom seam is the same but far less noticeable obviously.

Optik und Verarbeitung sind gut - Reinigung etwas aufwendig
Wer eine derartige Flasche für Unterwegs benötigt, mach mit diesem Produkt nicht falsch. Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt definitiv.Problematisch ist die Reinigung nach der Befüllung mit Rum - muss mehrfach mit heißem Wasser gespült werden um die Flasche Rückstandslos zu reinigen.Fazit: Klare Kaufempfehlung für z.B. klaren Schnaps
