The media could not be loaded. This review is for the Fly More Combo which takes this little drone up to £300 but includes 2 extra batteries, fast charger and controller.I have had a Hover X1 for a year so familiar with automated selfie style filming. The Neo functions in this area are very similar and very easy to use. You just choose which one you want and press a button to launch. There is no object avoidance so if you’re using something like a flying zoom out shot you need to be sure there are no obstacles in the way. The follow me function works really well but is limited in speed. All fine for walking or running but not if you want to cycle fast. The 4K footage is very good for the price in my opinion but not professional broadcast standard.When using the controller you open up more filming potential. The automated settings are great, but not if you want to just film scenery or other people. The controller feels very solid and is very easy to use. It has a long range, but I haven’t a pushed it as I’m always conscious of not wanting to let the drone out of sight. It is stated at 7km.I’m still experimenting but initial impressions are very good. It’s a fun little drone, very good value and small enough to pop in a pocket or small bag. It is quite noisy and high pitched but much the same as the Hover X1. The higher you go the less you can hear it. If using your phone for the microphone, the software automatically removes the propeller noise.There was a local fire (all made safe now) about a mile or two away from where I live, the footage is the drone going up to take a look. It’s around maximum height using automatic settings and flying with the controller.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased myself, my 4th DJi drone, also own Mini 1, AIr 2, Mini 3 pro. And had a Yuneec Typhoon H before that, so I've been flying nearly 10 years now.This is the easiest.drone you'll ever need. A 60 year old man who can't use a computer managed to fly this in 2 minutes.A few settings to unsharpen the picture as a they're a little to sharp. But the quality is amazing especially considering the price. Compared to the mini 3, you'd be pushed to notice the difference especially online where everything is compressed anyway, so unless you're watching side-by-side on a big 50+ TV isn't not even in question.Go on YouTube, watch a how too video then, select the mode you want,hand out, press and hold the button for a second, the drone tells you what's going on, and it flies. Whatever mode, then hand out, it detects and lands.If using follow me mode, if it hits anything, it will just fly back a few feet and land, or if it gets a branch stuck in a prop as happened before the picture you see the green grass in.Then it's so robust that it doesn't break! I even crashed it in a car part hitting ceiling, it dropped and no damage :)Battery life is about 15 minutes.I'd recommend the flymore as you get 2 battery and a remote control that then gives you the same range as the more advanced drones but due to it's small size it doesn't cope as well in the wind, typically I'll get high wind warnings around 30-40 metres though it has gone as high as 100meters or 340 feet.Personally I love it, it's small, rebust and fun to use. Though it's a high pitch fan noise that will keep you hearing it much further than any bigger drone. You can also your phones microphone to record while flying , and as a remote over Bluetooth.

Probably the best value for money camera drone on the market.This drone is perfect for beginners since it does not require a remote or even a mobile app for the majority of its functions.It is very forgiving when it comes to flying and the sensors/camera AI has impressive obstacle detection.The video quality is brilliant at 4k 30fps, though it must be said that in order to access the footage, you need to use the mobile app, which is far from perfect. Connecting your mobile device to the drone is not very consistent, and the app is full of unnecessary pages which confuse the user.Brilliant piece of kit, it's a shame the app is rough around the edges.

This is a great little drone to carry about with you, I have it living in my daypack and take it out with my family and everywhere I go when working so I can simply reach in and grab it for some nice and quick aerial shots.The fly more pack is definitely the way to go and the video footage is pretty impressive and I expect DJI will continue to improve it and its features through firmware updates.Flying it without the remote or phone connected is great for quickshot clips and the phone then adds manual control (via Wifi so not great for distance) but it also increases its features with the remote control and I love it.The only things I would like to see improved are the ability to use manual exposure when connected with the phone (it does manual when connected to the remote) and a d-cine like colour profile so you can milk as much quality from the footage as possible. Overall its an incredibly fun little drone. Dont forget to get an Operator ID from the CAA as you do require one and it must be visible on the drone or you could get a big fine!

DJI Neo with motion 3 controller and headset
What a cool little drone. It actually does what its supposed to do. I bought a couple cheaper drones to try and that was a huge mistake. The cheaper brands are “no comparison” The DJI products work good and the drone flys perfectly. It can hover in place with no adjustment, no stupid calibration, no signal loss, no gps problems, just turn it on and it flys perfectly.
Muy diveridk y sencillo de usar
No es tan sencillo el inicio. Se deben seguir varios pasis en orden:1 Cargar primero las tres baterías en el cargador.2 Descargar el programa DJI Assistance para Windows o MacOS. Debe cuidarse que sea el que corresponde al Neo.3 Leyendo el código QR impreso en la guía rápisa, descargar la App DJI Fly para Android o iOS. No se encuentra por medio de la tienda. Hay que descargarlo e instalarlo.4 El firmware en el dron y en el cargador son de la versión inicial por lo que antes de hacer otra cosa se debe encender el dron, conectarlo a la computadora con el cable USB y ejecutar el DJI Assistant. De forma utomática listará las versiones disponibles. Solo hay que elegirla para que se descargue e instale.5 Repetir el paso anterior pero conectando el control RC-N3.6 Ahora hay que activarlo. Para ello se debe activar en el celular la localización, wifi y bluetooth. Arrancar la app DJI Fly y seguir los pasos para la activación. Si se intenta la activación con el firmware original, no funcionará.Después de todo lo anterior ya está listo para usarse.Funciona muy bien y el video es de muy buena calidad. Sorprende lo estable del vuelo y lo sencillo de su manejo.

"Goedkope" FPV mogelijkheid
Mooie combinatie, FPV-bril, motion controller en de NEO drone.De Bril is echt goed, helder beeld en goede verbinding met de drone. De Motioncontroller is verrassend makkelijk ook voor beginners en de NEO vliegt heel strak. Deze combinatie geeft een geweldige FPV ervaring. Niet voor enorme afstand of grote snelheid maar wel in je tuin of in het bos. De drone is robuust doordat hij zo ligt is (130 gr)Helaas stopte de neo erme na enkele keren vliegen, de achterste motoren starte niet meer en de drone gaf aan dat er een ESC verbindingsfout was, (elektronische aansturing van de motor) ik moest contactopnemen met DJI voor reparatie. Aan de drone was niets te zien ook geen uiterlijke schade, probleem zat in de elektronica. Grote ergenis, en daarom weer retour gestuurd. De bril en besturing werkte foutloos.Heeft iemand anders al eens zoiets meegemaakt?
