At half the price of GHDs, I wasn’t sure how good these straighteners would be but I really like them. They heat up very quickly and I like the fact that you can vary the heat. My hair is wavy and inclined to frizz but I found the mid-point heat sorted it out easily on Day 3 after a wash and after being caught in the rain. They are lighter than my GHDs and come with a pouch so I will definitely be using them for travelling. The colour is very pretty. They are much better than I expected and would definitely recommend them.

These are really good straighteners for me as they are lightweight and the temperature can be adjusted easily. There is digital display showing what the temperature is which is very easy to read. The cord swivels so doesn't get tangled like others I've used but most importantly it really straightens my hair as I want it. The packaging is attractive as are the straighteners as they rose pearl. Would make a really nice gift. There's a bit of a disparity on the box as it says on one side 5 year guarantee but in the list of attributes it says 3 years. The instruction leaflet/guarantee states 5 years. A bit confusing so obviously a printing error has occurred.

This review is for the “ Remington Hair Straightener (Advanced Ceramic Ultimate Coating with Long 110mm Floating Plates, LCD Screen, 150-235°C, Temperature Boost Function, Storage Pouch Included) Rose Pearl S9505”I used this on day 3 hair and found that it straightened my resistant hair at 200 degrees c without kinks and without my hair reverting to frizz and curls. For reference I have porous, resistant, super frizzy 3A hair.It has a good variety of heat settings 150-235 deg c.I like the little pouch this comes with it makes storage so much easier. It’s also a nice looking device although I think the black cable lets it down. A decent straightener for a fair price.
