I use this dermapen for microneedling facials and the quality is brilliant. The price is great and very reasonable in comparison to other brands on the market. It glides across the skin perfectly and the replacement cartridges are of the same quality. No complaints at all.

Battery came charged, good condition, initially hurt as I wasn't used to it then it felt fine. Does not damage skin like a roller but I think this will have a better result.Easy to work on beard and head of hair.

Works well so far. Good for the money. Only complaint I would have is the silver wheel to adjust depth of needle is sooo lose that it will change depth while using it. Had to sellotape it to keep it from moving .
