I wanted to get a pair of leggings to wear under a pair of shorts for running. I normally live in Nigeria, I have been there for 2.5 years now and I'm more used to temperatures over 30 degrees. Now that temperatures in the UK are dropping below 20 I just needed something just to protect my legs from the colder air first thing in the morning. I chose these leggings as the zip pocket would be perfect for holding my phone and keys. I wasn't expecting compression leggings exactly because of the other reviews, but I find these are perfect for running and keeping my leg muscles warm especially at the early stages of my run.I initially bought a pair of XL as I'm more of a 36 inch around the waste maybe going down to 35 and I followed what the size chart suggested. However, when the items arrived I realized really I should of gone for a L. When putting them on, they were a little baggy around the thighs and groin area. I wasn't so worried about it as I knew that I was wearing shorts above them, so esthetics was not an issue, and as long as they keep my legs warm there would be no issue. However, I then realized with my first run with them on that, if I kept more than just my phone in the pocket, they would start to full down. I was honestly grateful that I had shorts on top or the leggings would of been down to my knees and even though my legs would of been warm still my self respect would of been ruined.At the time I took this as a lose as I had already worn them. But then I received an email from the company stating that there is a 3 month warranty on the product and to please let them know if there is any problem with them. I was still complacent but I emailed them back and they responded within 24 hours. They replied saying that they will send me the next size down free of charge. The pair of size L arrived and I tried them today and they are perfect, they fit well and they do not fall down.The leggings look good quality and do what they are for. I would suggest ordering the size you would normally buy. Basically, if you buy large from a high street store then buy the same for these leggings. But, the real winner is that the customer service is top quality. You don't see service of that quality much today, which is sad to say. However, you can buy with confidence from this seller.

I used these for running. I like the soft, wide waistband, that's a feature you don't often get on men's compression pants. The pocket is huge. The fabric is very soft to the touch.My major gripe is that the ankles are baggy, and there is not much in the way of compression. Needs more elastane in the fabric mix and a slightly slimmer cut to the legs.=========Following the above review, I was contacted by Niksa. They had sent my comments to their design and production departments, and they sent me a three piece set of compression tights, top, and shorts. These arrived impressively quickly, fit perfectly, and are very high quality. I wore them straight out of the box for an eight mile run. Excellent quality, and the best I have seen at this price. I am extremely impressed by Niksa's customer service. Id give you six stars if I could!

I use these for running and they are very good for it. The pocket on the side is great for my phone so I don't need an armband and is plenty big enough for my Samsung 20+.The quality is okay but I have noticed a few issues with the stitching but nothing major. It's fine, but the quality of other, better known brands seems higher.My main gripe is the sizing is a bit off for the grey pair (despite them both being marked the same size) . I am 5' 11" with a slim buld and the chart suggests a medium. While it fits on the waist and length, it isn't compression fitting at all and is a bit baggy at the top and at the knees. The odd part is, the black pair fits better and is definitely a tighter fit.Overall, I would recommend them for comfort and convenience but they arnt a great fit so bare that in mind when you select the size.

I normally wear a 32 inch waist so went with a size M. Wish I had sized down to a S. Find the sizing rather baggy especially around the ankles this could do with some improvement. Large pocket it great with a zipper and the material feels nice and soft.Company read my review and proceeded to send out a set pair of leggings in a smaller size, outstanding customer service.
