Nothing not to like, can power using a power bank and an iPad and Bluetooth speaker can be used so no need for mains electricity! I’m a novice but the Traktor makes it very easy to get hang of mixing, looping, cueing etc! Recommend to anyone!!

Great value, lots of features and very helpful help desk fur when things went wrong (nothings perfect after all). Reason went for this over other options was the low cost, features plus fact software bundled in for free and no on going costs to use the software unlike other packages. Software does beat matching and also recommend other tracks that will mix well with current playing track.

Very sad to say that the right disk plate was faulty when i received it and had to send it back... but i wont let that affect the product review itself.It looks beautiful, is a good size and has a good quality feel to it. The knobs buttons and jog wheels all feel durable and responsive. The right discplate had an issue but the left plate and jog wheel worked flawlessly. Very smooth with very little resistance making scratching a breeze and rewinds sound clean. Theres a good range of features and effects built in to play around with too!Overall a fantastic piece of kit for a beginner and fantastic value for money. Would definitely recommend for anybody just starting out who wants to learn and practice without shelling out ££££ for a proper decks/mixer combo.

I gave up DJ-ing years ago, but took it back up again during lockdown. I'm having great fun using this Traktor Kontrol, it's an excellent piece of kit with hundreds of cool features, half of which I still haven't figured out! :)

Product description did not state serial number had been used unlike the other used products, that is why I bought it, hopefully native instruments can do a transfer for me, product is good, in a great condition for being used. Worth 200 👍
1.0 out of 5 stars Failed after a few months, poor customer support, now lost by courier UPS
Very disappointing purchase. The S2 Mk3 Worked ok for about 6 weeks then started developing problems with the tempo slide faders. Contacted Native Instruments and they arranged for the unit to be returned for repair. The unit has been in transit with the courier for over a month and appears to be lost. I've received no help from UPS or Native Instrument to resolve this issue, so it looks like I will need to write this off as a bad purchase decision. Very disappointing.

The best entry-level controller comes with the software perfect price range, and good packaging, the only down side is that it doesn't have effect knobs but all entry-level DJ controllers don't have FX knobs. Been using it for over a month and I can say the best investment ever.

After returning due to faulty knob calibration twice I soon realised NI had cut some costs and corners but if I expected top quality then I’d be buying an S4 instead. It works, you can scratch on it, and it’s simple to use. Perfect for someone starting out and nice and small to Chuck in a bag for those last minute party’s. 10x better than just having a laptop and a strong controller in its price range.Also works with an iPad if your in to iPad DJing. If someone spilt a pint on it I wouldn’t have a meltdown, it’s a nice little throw around controller but could hold its own At a larger gig.

Ich bin absolut blutiger DJ-Anfänger. Ich liebe und lebe Trance, und hatte schon öfter mit dem Gedanken gespielt, mich mit der DJ-Thematik zu befassen, auch um meinen Freunden eigene Mixe live zu streamen. Ich hatte etwas mit VDJ experimentiert und fand es toll, jedoch gefiel mir das Subscription Lizenzmodell nicht, dass für Streaming erforderlich war. Dann habe ich mir das kostenlose Mixxx angeschaut, auf das viele schwören, aber damit bin ich nicht warm geworden. Aufgrund eines Youtube Tutorials bin ich dann bei Traktor gelandet. Das hat mir auf Anhieb so gut gefallen, dass ich mir gleich das S2 MK3 bestellt habe. Und was soll ich sagen: ich hatte selten so viel Freude mit einem neuen Spielzeug. Die Hardware harmoniert hier PERFEKT mit der Software. Wie gesagt, ich bin absoluter Laie und Anfänger, aber Hardware und Software sind so intuitiv, dass ich nach kürzester Zeit damit klar gekommen bin! Ich habe mir schnell angewöhnt, die Finger von der Maus zu lassen, und fast alles über das S2 zu machen, und war hellauf begeistert, wie gut mir meine ersten Mixe gelungen sind. Klar mache ich Anfängerfehler, aber ich habe mehrere Stunden für mich selbst geDJ't und es hat unfassbar Spaß gemacht! Klar kann ich heute nicht sagen, ob Kunststoff und Gummitaster irgendwann ihre Weichmacher verlieren und dann klebrig werden, also über Qualität kann ich nichts sagen, aber das S2 wirkt auf mich durchaus wertig. Und für den Preis inkl. Software sicher ein guter Deal. Kritikpunkt von mir wäre höchstens, dass die Online-Anleitungen wirklich äußerst spartanisch und wenig hilfreich sind. Dann lieber nach Youtube Tutorials suchen, die sind (auch vom Hersteller) ziemlich gut. Zudem sind Software und Anleitungen, trotz deutschem Hersteller, komplett nur auf englisch zu haben. Naja, Berlin halt, mimimi-wir-sind-ja-so-international :-P Kurzum: ein wirklich tolles Produkt, dass Einsteigern wir mir es ermöglicht, in kürzester Zeit tolle Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Daher von mir, und mit ganzem Herzen, die volle Punktzahl!

Excellent controller with a lot to offer!
The controller just arrived today but I’m already loving it. Where do I start? First, it comes with a full version of Traktor Pro 3. I don’t know if you’ve priced software lately but I paid $100 for Virtual DJ for a smaller inexpensive controller I own. Second, it’s ipad compatible. I use my MacBook but nice to know this is an option. Finally, set up was a breeze. You just long into their site and it takes your step by step. Overall, I like what I see so far. The deck allows you to easily use all the common features in Traktor’s all new software. The platters are nice and large and the knobs and sliders feel sturdy and easy to access.The only issues I have (they are minor) it only has one mic output, just RCA and no XLR for speakers and it’s not great for scratching (not that I need that but maybe you do). Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase and can’t wait to use it this weekend for a gig.Who is this suitable for? I would say a beginner or intermediate DJ who wants flexibility and may need to travel (it’s lightweight and easy to carry). Also, someone who doesn’t need 4 decks and more auxiliary inputs. There are more complex and robust controllers on the market but this has everything I need. Great job!

Si ya tienes otros productos de Native Instruments, esta es tu mejor opción de cara a pinchar música en casa o en cualquier local por un precio asequible. En caso de no tenerlo...pues otras opciones como Pioneer o Denon son igualmente válidas, cada una con su software.- Incluye a la versión Traktor Pro 3, que si ya tienes el Pro 2 pueden convivir sin ningún problema en tu PC ya sea windows o MacBook (probado en ambos). Metes el número de serie de tu S2 MK3 y te aparecerán los números del software Pro 3 y Tracktor Dj (un programa más sencillo para hacer tus mezclas).- NO INCLUYE ADAPTADOR ¡porque no es necesario! Conectas tu PC a la corriente, pones el USB de la controladora y la tienes 100% funcional.- La detección por parte del software es inmediata. La detectará y te dirá que si quieres modificar la configuración del programa para que se ajuste a la controladora. Aceptas y todo listo.
