    This cold med. is very good because it works and actually tastes good.It is not syrupy. Great to have handy when I start coughing in the middle of the night and can't take any medication in pill form which would not let me sleep after taking my reg. medication at bedtime; that's how my 75 year old body works. So this is great to have handy. It also seems to not raise my blood sugar for the morning testing.

    Item received as described. It will be much better if there is measuring spoon inside. It's good for me as the key ingredients are plant based material. The taste is slightly sweet which is good for me.
