These are high quality mugs and perfectly sized for a great cup of coffee. Although really well packaged one of my cups got damaged in transit, notified the seller and replacement sent straight away. Excellent customer service. My wife had bought a similar but smaller mug from a well known shop but they're not as good as these. So delighted with these 😉

I loved the cups and was excited to use with my new teapot. After I had filled it up with my tea I realised the handle in one has a crack in it. I’m too nervous to use it incase I scold myself if it snaps off mid sip!:(

I already have 2 of these I ordered 2 more because they are a quality product. Unfortunately 1 was broken even though they are packaged well I did notice the box the came in was damaged that’s why it’s 3 stars

Great mugs!
Very Nice, Handle With Care
I'm a coffee geek and I wanted to be able to see my brew. These are really nice in the hand and on the lips. The probably keep the coffee warm a bit longer than a generic ceramic mug. The size is just right for an AeroPress cup. They are a little unstable when empty (top-heavy) and they are glass, so use due care when handling. I would also recommend hand-washing only. Most double-wall glass has a glue plug as a seal that will not survive a dishwasher.
Robust feel for a double walled glass cup
This cup looks like so many other dual walled glass cups, but when held in hand, it feels heavier; more robust and solid. Also, it seems to be better balance for holding and carrying. A surprising benefit that cannot be seen, but definitely felt.
Keeps coffee hot for a long time. Nice looking, too!
I got these because I was tired of my coffee being luke warm before I finish it. I don't gulp it down, so it was always getting unpleasantly cool before I'd finish it. Vacuum mugs like the Contigo are effective, and great for use in the car, but I don't like the aesthetic. Moreover, coffee actually has a different, and better, taste when sipped from a glass or ceramic mug.These really do the job. Coffee stays hot to the last drop. Amazingly so. On the outside of the mug, you'd never guess the coffee is still hot, because it is cool to the touch. Nice big handles too, which I like.The glass is light weight and feels quite fragile, but I haven't had a problem in normal use. I didn't assume they would be unbreakable, and any of the mugs I was using would break if dropped. These have fared quite well in the dishwasher and microwave. After brewing a cup, I add a splash of cream and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds to get it all good and hot. I was worried that the design of these wouldn't allow for that, but the listing said it would and I can vouch for that as well.An added benefit is being able to see the beautiful java in the cup (as well as being able to tell at a glance how much is left in the cup!). Happy with my purchase, and mindful that they need to be treated with a bit of care, as befits an elegant coffee cup!
Good Quality Mug
I really like these mugs and I bought them to use with my Espresso Machine to have cappuccinos and lattes. I use them almost every day. They're very lightweight and seem flimsy, but they're not. They're sturdy, but also delicate. They're constructed very well and good quality, but they're double-walled so the glass is a bit thinner than most single walled glass coffee mugs. I mean....it's glass, so of course if you were to drop them or bang them against something, they most likely would break. You just have to be careful and take care of them. Wash them by hand and don't put them in a dishwasher. The force of the water or a shifting of a dish or other item in the dishwasher that bangs into them could cause them to crack or break. Also, I wouldn't put these in the microwave, except for may 30 seconds just to warm a beverage. They do keep the beverage very hot and for a longer time than a regular ceramic coffee mug or other mug. Also, the outer glass is not hot at all. It has a handle, which is comfortable and sturdy, but if you were to hold the glass by the outer wall, you wouldn't burn your hands. Like I said, I've been using these glass mugs almost every day for my cappuccinos and lattes and I think they're great. I've used them for my steaming hot drinks and for iced drinks. I haven't noticed any depreciation or wear and tear on the glass. There glass is very clear and there are not scratches nor has it incurred any scratches since I've been using them. I've been using these for about 2 months now and there have been no issues and I like them very much. I would purchase these again.
Poor quality of product
Both cups lasted around 3 months. The little plug at the bottom of the cup just detached and fell between the two layers of glass. Now I have dirty water sitting between the glass layers that can't be removed. The second cup cracked a few weeks later. Both cups were always hand washed in the sink and never placed in the dishwasher. It's a cool design, but craftsmanship is terrible. I would not recommend this product for anyone considering buying it, unless you plan to use it for just a few months.
