CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
To keep your appliance in the best possible condition, please follow the steps below:
General
• Ensure the appliance is switched off, unplugged and cool. To clean the outside of the appliance, wipe with a damp cloth. Make sure that no water enters the appliance and it is completely dry before use.
• Do not wrap the lead around the appliance, instead coil the lead loosely by the side of the appliance.
• Do not use the appliance at a stretch from the power point.
• Always unplug after use. Cleaning the Filter
• Ensure the appliance is switched off, unplugged and cool.
• Holding the handle of the appliance firmly, twist the rear filter to the left to remove.
• Using a soft brush, clean any hair and other debris from the filter.
• Replace the rear filter by aligning the grooves and turning to the right until the filter clicks back in to place.

Bought this hairdryer when my existing 3000w hairdryer burned out. Not disappointed! The salon quality AC motor gives it ooompf! Cold shot is actually cold instantly and not warm like other hairdryers i've used. Very fast drying for my long thick hair. It's also lighweight with a firmly attached precision nozzle. Probably a bit noisy due to the powerful motor but overall it's a super hairdryer! I bought when it was on offer, i may have been reluctant at full price but I know now that I wouldn't have regretted buying it.

I bought this hairdryer years ago and I am buying it again. Here’s why:I moved in with my partner a few months ago and I left my dryer to my mother as we shared it when I was living with her.No other hairdryer has compared to this one. I have looked online but I can’t bring myself to buy another hairdryer without knowing if it will be as good.My mum and I have been blessed with long thick straight/wavy hair and it takes a fair bit of upkeep to style. We have up to the waist, thick hair that takes HOURS to dry naturally or by any flimsy dryer.Since moving I miss it very much as my partner has 2 simple hairdryers which suit his short thin hair but not mine.I simply cannot suffer the pain anymore of trying to use my partners hairdryer and can’t wait to get this one so soon.Seriously, with this dryer can take my hair from soaking wet to perfectly sleek in about 20/30 minutes (it takes me 45/60minutes if I use my partners hairdryer). The power of this hairdryer is very malleable and you can control it however you need. The max power and heat is quite strong and useful for my hair to dry quickly and to style it.Even the cord length is great, which I didn’t even consider thinking about it before was made abundantly clear when I was using my partner’s dryer. The chord is strong and has ample length.The feel of the hairdryer is high quality and durable (again it has been many years that I have use it). There has been no chipping, scratching or breakage of any kind and we have treated this hairdryer with not much consideration. By this I mean it been dinged and banged and it holds up to it’s quality.In essence, this is a salon-like quality hairdryer and I cannot recommend it enough.

This hairdryer is good value. Not heavy so stops arm from aching when blow drying hair. It has everything that more expensive makes have and I am very impressed with it.

I was excited to try this hair dryer out, after my Philips one finally broke down. I chose this hair dryer as I have very long hair and it takes me approximately 10 minutes to dry on the highest heat setting with my previous Philips hair dryer model at 2100 watts.Though this hair dryer is extremely loud (hoover sound) I didn't notice a huge difference with the drying time compared to my old Philips hairdryer. The watts may be higher but personally, it took almost the same amount of time to dry my hair as before. Having said that, this hair dryer is not as hot as my previous one (even on the highest setting) so I guess this one is designed with a specific temperature control to avoid your hair drying out and frizzing even more.Pros: My hair didn't feel dry after using this hairdryer. The temperature is perfect (not too hot to cause frizz or make you feel like you're in a sauna). The nozzle fitted perfectly once attached (without falling off unlike some hair dryer nozzles) and I found it easy to straighten my hair very quickly. The end result was very smooth. Definitely better than your average hair dryers.Negatives: The control switch buttons on the hairdryer annoyed me slightly as they stick out making it a little difficult to hold, and it's slightly on the heavier side too. Very loud also (extremely loud!) I haven't seen any difference with the frizz control at the top of my head but the bottom was quite smooth.Overall, it's very good (better than the ones I owned previously) but I wouldn't say it gives a pro salon finish and I had expected a faster drying time at 2400 watts.

Got to replace one I had to return due to me picking one with the wrong type of motor. This hairdryer is great. Lots of power and heat which is what I need (though the heat of my returned one was better) to help dry mine and my daughters long very thick hair. My old one blew after losing the fan cover and dropping it. This one fits the bill perfectly. Dries my kids hair quickly and less "too hot mom". Very sleek and simple design with sturdy fan cover. With the ac motor it is slightly heavier than dc ones so arm can ache after a while but for me this is outweighed by all the other factors. Highly recommend
