    Hard to state so early on how well this will do, but alone judging from the ingredients this is great. Chlorine and Inositol are great for the female reproductive system including those with pcos issues. For those that suffer from both endo and pcos or endo and pco this will definitely work really well in calming your symptoms. This is obviously in addition to a healthy lifestyle and diet as these alone are no miracle workers. However, these are a great homeopathic method to naturally help your body. Furthermore, the pills also contain milk thistle- known for it’s great benefits for the liver, but milk thistle does so much more. It has helped with diabetes in keeping the blood sugar levels down. Essential for those with endo (and pcos too). Excited for the positive changes to come. Only complaint I’d have is that the bottle doesn’t specify whether to take the three tablets at once or spaced out such as morning, midday and evening. I presume it is the latter as that would make more sense and swallowing all three at once would be insane. Would be helpful to note it as many just wouldn’t know.

    This supplement bottle has 90 tablets, the recommendation is to take 3 tablets a day, so the bottle will last one month. For the price, of almost £25, it feels like quite an expensive supplement, so I would like to focus on some of the main individual vitamins that are in these tablets.Let's start with vitamin E (tocopherol) which makes up the biggest part of this supplement, with 417% NRV. I have found supplements with Vitamin E for about £15 for 3 months. The amount of vitamin E varies in them, so it depends on how much deficit you have and how much you need to take daily.As for vitamin B6 and zinc, you can get a lot of supplements with this mix for prices ranging from £5 to £20.The magnesium amount in this mix is only 8% NRV in 3 tablets, so you would probably need a separate supplement for magnesium as this is a very small amount.As for the other elements. They are a nice addition that is adding to the value of this supplement, but if you need any of them in bigger doses you will also have to take some additional tablets.So, with all that considered, this supplement is probably a little over-priced. It does contain a lot of vitamin E and you only need to take three tablets a day. If you need vitamin E, zinc and B6 and some other elements and want to have only one supplement to remember, this is a good mix. My recommendation, however, would be to top it up with a separate magnesium supplement if you choose this.

    This supplement is a nice blend of Food Grown® nutritional supplements - providing a complex of nutrients and botanicals that are formulated to support hormone health.I’ve heard a lot of good things about Wild Nutrition and as a brand, they are one of the best that I have come to trust when it comes to taking natural supplements, since they use only food grown botanical ingredients.The complex includes Vitamin B6, Iodine and natural Indole-3-Carbinol, to support hormone balance. It also contains Zinc and Vitamin E, recommended to optimise immune health.I like that each capsule is full of Iron and Magnesium, as these are excellent for supporting your general energy levels and reducing overall fatigue.As a woman, this supplement is great to take for supporting the female cycle and for regulating hormone balance. I’m very happy with the results since taking these, and I’m feeling more energised and ‘balanced’ in my moods, which is a definite plus. Vegetarian friendly, there are 90 capsules in one bottle which should last a while.

    I’m really impressed with these supplements and I find them easy to take and swallow. There isn’t any horrible smell or taste from them which is good and I like that I haven’t had any yucky unwanted side effects. I feel the quality of the supplements is brilliant, as they have good ingredients and I’m pleased with how they help me to support my body and my health. I like that they are easy to store and dispense out of the handy tub and that the capsules aren’t huge! I feel they are helping me with my monthly cycle, pms and period pains etc so they do work well. I’ve not had any issues with using them so I feel they are worth getting as the value for money is very good. I do recommend them and give them a big thumbs up!
