Father Christmas bought us this because daddy works away a lot and our son loves bedtime stories and we've had it almost a fortnight now. Overall we're really pleased with our Toniebox. We have played The Little Red Riding Hood tonie with 5 fairy tales, the Gruffalo tonie, and the creative tonie on it. We generally read to our son his 2 bedtime stories as usual and then leave him to listen to the Toniebox as he falls asleep and it's stopped him getting out of bed for random reasons.Positives, it's a lovely item, because it's so basic there's no temptation for little one to get out of bed and mess about with it, the characters are cute and it's easy for our toddler to use. Both us parents easily downloaded the app and found it really simple to add content for the creative Tonie and the content was there pretty much instantly.Negatives, I think some of the tonies are quite pricey, for example, the gruffalo is one story, but Favourite Tales is 5 so is better value... It was also tricky to set up and took a few goes but nothing major enough to drop to a 4 star rating. Its fab.

Easy to use once you’ve followed the instructions and loaded the app. Really wonderful to record your own message and read stories to my 2 year old grandson. I cannot wait to see him use it!

I saw one if these at a friend's house and thought my daughter would love it for her birthday. I set it up in advance and put it back in the box. I'm really glad I set it up alone, with no distractions from kids/husband/pets! It was tricky, but not really that difficult to set up, and there's a very helpful video from Sven on YouTube. I got it 3rd try: first I got code hedgehog (!), second just endless blue pulsing light, 3rd time lucky!Remember to set up the cloud registration when prompted (i thought I could go to it later, wrong!) What you're aiming for is a static green light 😀I even put some things on the creative Tonie which came with the box. There is a free story and song to download to your device and then upload via the Cloud to your tonie. To record your voice etc, you need the app (free).I think this is great, I love that it has no screen and is so child friendly.It didn't get 5 stars because I had to choose between lime green and grey...my daughter I'm sure would have chosen pink, red or purple!I also couldn't 'rewind' to the start of a story without tilting the box repeatedly which was a bit tedious.Otherwise, really impressed!

Absolutely great speaker very tough and has the nicest feel about the material used as well as softness I'm case dropped. The sound is great not too loud but good enough and its very clear

Fantastic! The best thing I have ever bought for children. Nice looking, very easy to use for children, good quality sound. Little tonie figurines are absolutely brilliant. My children love listening to stories and songs with Tonie box.

My son has been a nightmare to get to sleep on his own, but now we have something that works! He loves listening to pre-recorded stories read by myself on the creative Tonie. He can also control it completely on his own and loves putting the different figures on. He's asking for them for Christmas this year! Highly recommended.
