    I bought this pan for adult daughter who cooks every meal from scratch. She loves it and says food tastes even better. Food doesn’t stick at any temperature and it is very easy to clean. I took off one star for sturdiness as she scratched the inside by storing an old metal pan in it - to be fair though that was not the fault of the pan! Apart from being a fabulous cook’s pan, it is not too heavy and looks stunning.

    Great for cooking most things. I tend to have a favourite pan - usually something this shape for sauteing that ends up being the one I use for everything (near enough, you know what I mean) and was gutted when the last one died. I misjudged the size so this is a bit bigger than I'm used to and seems to take a bit longer to get hot. If I was cooking at someone else's house I'd be very happy to use it and I'm sure I'll get used to it. Slightly irritating that the handle fills with water when immersed and leaks it out over time.You won't regret buying it, but don't expect to be wowd.

    Sadly the box had been opened the wee round tab had been interfered with, Which always makes me nervous. There was no lid for the large pan, there was a lid that didn't fit any pan. and I have 2 medium size pans. Other than that they are great pans very light and dofo don't stick.They are also very lovely to behold.

    Used it for a month and already lost all non-stick layer. Followed al preparation steps as advised and only washed by hand, yet is ready to go in the bin.

    Very good pan, however copper has already started to come away after first use. Cooked come bacon in there, cleaned very easily using the pad pictured, and this damage was the result.Cleans very easily as advertised which is why no excessive force was necessary yet it's still perished after one wash.

    la pentola è molto bella esteticamente. E' adatta a cotture lente infatti ho notato che il bollore non è rapido. Credo sia più adatta a preparazioni tipo polenta e risotti. Ho cucinato il brasato e ha avuto una buona resa.La consiglio limitatamente agli utilizzi che ho indicato.

    fin che non si è deformato il fondo è stato un ottimo prodotto,ma da un po' di tempo si è deformato il fondo,non è più antiaderente e se si mettono liquidi per non far attaccare i cibi rimangono sul perimetro del fondo mentre i centro rimane asciutto e si attacca tutto...
