    I lost my sex drive at aged 19 due to a life long depressive illness. Now aged 52- within days of taking these more potent capsules I could feel my libido reviving. I had already been taking a lower dose single capsule. I then increased the strength to see what benefits I got. . UPDATE : I had to reduce to the original strength- as it clashed with my medication. And thus immediately my libido disappeared again. But again it proved that it does help regulate the brain- as it claims- among other health benefits.

    I’m on my third jar of these. The first two were absolutely fine. No odour or flavour. But a third of the way into this jar, about a week ago, I started to detect a faint whiff. Now, a week later, they absolutely stink, they taste rancid, and they are causing utterly vomit inducing wind.Given I’ve had two good jars, I’m wondering whether to. In these, and try another, or just to switch to another brand.

    Prior to taking these, I was not aware of the need to eat fish 3-4 times a week to attain a sufficient level of DHA and EPA. Since I have taken these, those worries have gone and I have noticed my mind working at such a faster pace, with a dramatic increase in my focus and memory. I dont suffer from joint pain but have noticed a faster recovery post gym workout since taking these. Brilliant value for market, thank you again Vitabright - you never disappoint!

    I ordered this because I am suffering dreaded menopause symptoms. I have to say they are easy to swallow, there is no after taste, and as for my ‘M’ symptoms…. Well they haven’t gone yet, but they haven’t got worse, and it’s early days. Highly recommend just for general health!

    Spent a fair bit of time looking for the best omega 3 fish oil product, I think I have found it in this product. It’s great value with 180 caps, good EPA/DHA balance with D3 and bit of Vitamin E. It is also sustainably sourced, and made in the UK which reassures me that I am getting what I think I am buying, high strength and pure, unlike many other companies. The caps are also a nice easy to swallow size and big plus point for me is the citrusy lemon taste, NO unpleasant fishy taste! Will buy this again without hesitation and have recommended it to family and friends.

    I've been taking these for about a week now and I've started to feel nausea and dizziness after taking them. I don't know if this is a reflection of the quality or not.
