    This is a very stylish cake stand. It comprises three different sized plates. They are white ceramic and look clean and contemporary. The stand fits well with my existing cups, mugs and plates. I think that being fairly understated, it would go well with other crockery.The stand is easily put together. It came with instructions and a diagram. If anything, this was a little confusing, as the diagram and instructions were different ways round (step one on the instructions was at the bottom of the diagram, whereas it would have made more sense to have it at the top). However, it was pretty obvious what I needed to do - put a washer on a screw and put one plate on top of the other, so that it looks like a cake stand!After opening the box, I washed the plates in warm, soapy water as they were a bit dusty. (There even appeared to be what looked like a pubic hair on one of them!) Hopefully this came from the beard of the person who packed it (as I can't imagine how a public hair ends up on a plate!). Anyway, that aside, I washed the plates and then assembled the stand. It was very robust and easy to carry around (although I would recommend having a hand underneath, just in case). The stand looked lovely. I then took it apart and packed it back into the box for easy storage. This was easy to do. The screws left some marks on the plates, but these were easily wiped off. I think I would probably hand-wash the plates again next time I use them.In summary, I think this is a great cake stand - I'm looking forward to using it for afternoon tea, or for displaying cheese/crackers. It looks nice, is sturdy and easy to put together and take apart. Highly recommended.

    Needed for afternoon tea party. Comes with both gold and silver handles. They are a little flimsy but the stand worked great for my needs.

    Classic design. I displayed 15 large individual pastries and cakes on each one of two purchased. The crown handle design adds a nice touch especially in silver/chrome. The white plates are timeless, allowing your food to be beautifully presented. Easy to wash andassemble. They came package protected in polystyrene. I would say, in any event they would look good.

    The item arrived on time and it looks great however it won’t assemble correctly meaning it doesn’t work and now has to be returned and then I wait a lengthy time for a refund and still need to buy another one elsewhere. Not great!

    Die Etagere kam nicht vollständig an, eine (die wichtigste Schraube) die den größten Teller verschrauben sollte, hat gefehlt. Ich improvisierte. Das Ding wackelt leider. Wenn es voll beladen ist... ist es recht unstabil. Teller sind leicht zerklratzt angekommen... und dermaßen verdreckt.
