    I love these gel tabs as they are so easy to swallow. I only need to buy them once a year so they are very good value. I use a number of Nutra Vita supplements and find them to be good quality and good value.

    Vitamin D is very important for a healthy immune system, especially during the winter months when Vitamin D, provided by sunlight, is in short supply.I went for the High Strength 4000 IU Vitamin D3 as you can't really overdose on this vitamin.500 tablets last my husband and I around 9 months before another bottle is required. This is not a problem as these are good value for money.Vitamin D is not a miracle cure but it is essential for a healthy lifestyle. The tablets are small and easy to swallow which is especially relevant for older people.

    Simply Brilliant! The easiest way to dose children, and even us adults 😉Believe me when I say we have tried them all.From tablets, to chews to syrups, but these drops are easily the best way to administer and dose children of all ages, being only a single drop, and of such a tiny quantity - the taste is rarely notice - even when took directly into the mouth, and as per our little one stated after first use, simply fantastic!Now, we just add a daily drop to either her first refreshment of the day, or if we forget; onto her cereal, and it's never been noticed!This is important to keep all healthy, as knowing how Vitamin D became relevant for all - when the UK Government's Doctor advised for all in the UK to regularly take Vitamin D, exspecially the more north you are, and for all to take through the winter months.The price is fantastic, especially when realising that use is per single drop, *this bottle will last forever!Without a doubt this product is an excellent purchase, again, incredibly easy to administer, this being the easiest best method to dose to date, from all the many, many products we have tried over the years!*Update: purchased: 13th May 2020., today's date: 9th Dec 2020 - and we still haven't used a quarter of the bottle, and there's now 2 people always using daily, with a 3rd peeps using 3/4 times per week, as knowing that adults require the same dosage of children over a certain age, as per the NHS website info.Simply fantastic - we will always buy this product!
