    Item arrived on time, nice packaging. The capsule are easy to swallow with clear if not a little small instructions if your eye sight is lie mine, I wear specs. The product will not have any short term impact but the body will appreciate the minerals as we all need addition trace minerals.

    Content really all minerals only mineral magnesium oxide is not absorber, its cheap mineral not good quality, if you buy this buy also magnesium citrate or magnesium gluconate or magnesium lactate

    I love the ingredients and quality is good but I can’t be bothered having to take these twice throughout the day. I don’t remember and then my energy suffers. Not sure I would buy again. But if you don’t struggle staying on top of things like this, I would recommend them
